The TLML Adventures Part 122

After a busy year, the Canterlot Five decided to relax a bit for the holidays.
While Moondancer stayed at home in Canterlot to celebrate Hearth's Warming Eve with her family, the other four had some other plans before going to see their families.

Twinkleshine visited Lyra and Bon Bon in Ponyville to give advice on the perfect Hearth's Warming Gift...













After giving advice to Bon Bon to give Lyra a new stand for her lyre and to Lyra to give Bon Bon the recipe for a recently rediscovered candy recipe, Twinkleshine went off to see her family, wondering what Lyra and Bon Bon would give her for Hearth's Warming Eve...


Meanwhile, Lemon Hearts visited Minuette who worked at Rainbow Falls this year to sell some knick-knacks that someponies might be interested in gifting...



However, her gaze went to a large crowd around one particular stall...



Although AJ and Fluttershy managed to hamper Flim and Flam's operation, Lemon Hearts still took her Hearth's Warming Helper with her since Minuette loves crazy stuff like that. And given her reaction, Minuette was elated.


All in all, the Canterlot Five had a splendid Hearth's Warming Eve and hoped that the new year will be as exciting as the past few years have been.

Indeed. And may the next 4 seasons bring us many more.

Sidenote: I could not help but thinking back to the layout artist or somebody in Season 1 saying how much of a hassle it was to put accessories on the ponies which made the "Over A Barrel" episode a pain to animate. Makes me chuckle considering in "The Best Gift Ever" he would have probably have gotten a heart attack from all the accessories everypony is wearing.
