And kinda disappointing...I mean they took time to do the below thing with the VAs which was probably costlier than the phone greeting, so why couldn't they?

I am surprised regarding the positive feedback the blind reactors give "Marks For Effort".
General consensus seems to be that yeah, the first act is the drizzling poo, but with Cozy Glow's appearance the episode gets immensely better. Thought that most of them would be pretty negative on the ep given that it didn't leave much of a mark here.
