Got a holiday promotional offer from them. Actually kind of tempted to try because, compared to buying steaks, loins, patties, etc. at the grocery store on a week to week basis this would save me money over the course of a couple months. But I’ve heard mixed things about the quality and prefer get some feedback I feel I can trust before taking that leap.

Junk. Badly cut, frozen, over priced. You will generally find better cut and quality at a grocery store. Even Wal Mart or Target is better in my opinion (and I am very against factory cut meat). I tried them once on my own. Second time was as a gift from my mother. I just told her thanks but tossed the whole box out. Felt they were not even worth my time to cook.

I don't understand why anyone would buy these or Kansas City steaks when you have a grocery store with a butcher shop right by you.

What cut of the Omaha would you consider the best?

What cut of the Omaha would you consider the best? Cutting it out altogether.

I just went by their site and looked at the first package. Two 8 oz ribeyes, 10-12 dollars at my local grocery. Two 4 oz pork chops, $5 ,local. A bag of fries, $2-3 local. Packet of seasoning, $1 local. $21 worth of product at a local grocery, fresh cut and never frozen. Or 49.99 Omaha Steaks, factory cut, frozen, and probably not even prime like they claim. Even if it is that only bumps the steaks up a few bucks (pork is not graded).

My father got a sampler thing as a gift at one point.
Steaks were ok not the best I ever had but they weren't bad by any stretch.
That said I have no idea how much they cost... could very easily be cheaper to get some good steaks from a nearby butcher or grocery store.
Their Hotdogs were really good from what I remember.

I thought their burgers were pretty good. The steaks are ok, I guess. I agree with others that local grocery store/butcher shop would be better.
