God bless this wonderful man. The initial AJ vs. Cena feud was some of the most compelling stuff WWE has done in years, and their initial match where AJ beat the crap out of him for 10 solid minutes then asked the referee “is this all he’s got?” is in my top five wrestling moments ever.

What a weird crew behind them, Rhyno, Crews, Rowan, and Corbin. SDL in summer 2016 was something else. A much, much weaker roster than they have now but still a better written show. |

His cockiness as champ is something we didn't see again until now. He told Dolph he was a chump, he can't step to him and backed it up

I think it helped to that between Him,AJ and to some smaller extent Dolph,Miz and Nakamura. there was no absolute top guy that dominated. It helped feeling fresh and that everyone had a chance,.even if Dean was leading. Then they took to far with Jinder winning it,and they they went to the 101 Vince Booking of Top Face with AJ. And yes, Dean reallyshowed he cna lead and get great results,yet WWE refuses to push him again as such |

There’s no way Cena’s arm is as big as most people’s heads.
I know the guy is jacked and all but I always thought the “headband on the bicep” thing was one big illusion.

Dean was in a tough spot because AJ was just on fire at the time, but I loved that title reign. He was a face, but watching him act like a dick (especially to Ziggler) was tremendous. It's pretty much what Becky is now. |
