Is it just me, or is the only difference between these two moves is that one of them has the opponent's arm over the other person's neck? I remember playing WCW NWO Revenge as a kid and seeing that there's no real difference between the two moves. Maybe it was just the animation of the move. What do you think?

I thought in Fisherman Buster the victim is lifted higher in the air.

A Fisherman's Buster is lifted verticle before bringing the impact down on the upper back and neck.
A Cradle DDT should be a short lift with the impact coming on the top of the head.

It's probably just the animation that makes it look similar. The Buster has the 'target' lifted higher and land more on their shoulders and back.
