I remember seeing an NFL Network top 10 where they ranked the best games in NFL history where the actual game has been commonly referred to with a specific nickname. Like "The Ice Bowl" the 1967 NFL Championship Game between the Cowboys and the Packers played on an especially cold day. Or "The Snow Bowl" a January 2002 playoff game between the Raiders and the Patriots in very snowy conditions. Or games that were known for one specific play, like "Ghost To The Post" where the most significant touchdown of that game was a 'post pattern' pass that was caught by Dave Casper. (Casper. Ghost. Get it?) So now I'm trying to think of some wrestling matches throughout history with any of these famous or infamous distinctions. The most (in)famous one is certainly the Montreal Screwjob but I'm struggling to think of some others. I guess The Brawl To End It All would count, a TV special aired on MTV in 1984, but only one match was aired live. You could say that said match was THE brawl to end it all, on the The Brawl To End It All special.

I'd count The Brawl To Settle It All and The War To Settle The Score, both where the name covers the whole event, but are only ever really used to show their single televised matches. In each case, they were named specifically in the style of those NFL games with famous nicknames, too.
Another to add: the "Dallas 10 Man" - the February 2000 Raw headliner that started as Foley vs. HHH/Benoit/Malenko/Saturn/X-Pac but over the course of the episode, saw Rock, Too Cool, and Rikishi join Foley's team and finishes with an insanely jacked Kane returning to take out the combined D-X and Radicals faction. One of the greatest single night build main events in wrestling history and one of the hottest crowds for a TV main event I can remember, and when you say the "Dallas 10 Man", people still remember the match and the segments leading to it, which arguably includes The Rock's actual face turn.

In 1985, Andre and Bundy had an MSG match that was advertised as "The Colossal Jostle" (which was a slight variation of one of Wrestlemania's early concept names, The Colossal Tussle).

I guess Wendi Richter vs. The Spider Lady would count, as that's known as The Original Screwjob.

The Catch, etc) or weather events that were beyond the teams control (The Ice Bowl, The Fog Bowl, etc.) named during or after the games had been concluded. Whereas wrestling is a work where any match or card nickname as used for promotion reasons at the time.
