Star Trek Enterprise first two seasons were no better or worse than the first two of any of the revival Trek series, seriously, the beginning of TNG was flat out tedious in places. The third season showed signs it was going to find itself, unfortunately it was cancelled before it managed that feat. I'm going to disagree with that on a couple of points - I'd argue TNG season 2 is better than the first two of Enterprise (it still has a LOT of terrible episodes, don't get me wrong, but there are also a couple of really good ones in there and the show is usually at least watchable) and I wouldn't say the first couple of seasons of DS9 are really bad at all. Not anything stellar, but a far cry from how abysmal season one of TNG is. Yeah, TNG series 2 had at least a couple of stone cold classics in Q Who and Measure of a Man

As unwatchably awful as the Robert California season of 'The Office' was, Gabe really came into his own and stole several episodes, and the new Dunder Mifflin Warehouse employees were all refreshing and hilarious. Shit I quit watching the office once Michael left, I had no idea who Robert California was, I made the mistake of watching him.

Survivor: Thailand is generally considered the first real dud of the Survivor franchise, and there are several valid reasons for that (boring gameplay, sexual assault, the winner is a legit scumbag, etc.), but it does at least feature a badass final immunity challenge and an awe-inspiring Tribal Council set. Even though Brian is a complete scumbag strategically he's one of the best winners of all time. On that same note Fiji gets a lot of trash from fans, but it has the Edgardo boot, a fantastic run of final episodes and one of the best slapstick moments in the show's history.
