I dunno. He managed to be part of a match I would give three stars to so I would not say he is the worst.
(Match in question: The Mexican Death match against Manny Fernandez from Starrcade 1985).

I feel like you could probably make an argument for Yokozuna. I'd like to hear said argument. I won't agree with it, but I'd like to hear it.

Admittedly that might just be lack of familiarity with his earlier work, but most of what I've really seen of him is post-Mania 10 where he could barely move and seemed to have lost any presence he may have had. If you can point me toward shows of his better work I'd be happy to see it.

Kind of has to be the immobile fat man Big Daddy.
Heck when Cena was on Graham Norton a few weeks back Jamie Oliver named dropped him and Giant Haystacks and I rolled my eyes.
---
I mean Sandman was basically just a cool entrance and a kendo stick, but he didn't have any political leverage on the business and could do a few wrestling moves so he isn't that bad. (Heck Sandman is a modern Abdullah in that sense, replace the kendo stick with a fork.)

What are we defining as "Making It Big"?

If main eventing a PPV and being the arch-nemesis of the top wrestler in the sport for months is "making it big", I would have to nominate Zeus.

I can’t say I’ve ever seen an Abdullah match before 1980, which I’m surprised because I know he had about 20 years of experience prior to that.
I would think if he had done anything of note prior it would at least be per of wrestling lure.
But the stuff I’ve seen of him, primarily Puerto Rico and World Class he was absolutely horrible by then. Even though his gimmick was good and he at least had a frightening look .

As a little Kid during his Monster Heel push I hated him and LEGIT thought he would be Champion FOREVER and that nobody would be able to defeat such a big man. He worked well enough in that gimmick.

Abdullah has appeared in more than one my nightmares while I was at Puerto Rico. And, no, hes not the worst ever. I nominate "Uncle Elmer" Stan Frasier. He had nothing in his bag of tricks.

That corner bump may well be the fakest-looking spot I've ever seen.

His match vs Bret at Mania shows how well he can move for someone his size.

He’s one of the worst human beings to make it big, but in his prime he was actually good. The worst wrestler ever to make it big is Sable. What makes Abby a bad human?

Busting up people against their will with his own infected blade then bleeding on their wounds despite knowingly being a walking virus.

I work in an industry where I have to be vaccinated against Hepatitis. Abdullah is a complete piece of shit for this.

Hannibal lost his career because of that fat piece of shit. Thankfully the experimental treatment worked and he no longer has hepatitis. I watched his video blogs and it was no joke going to the hospital and taking the meds.
