I’m looking into yoga-something rather low impact and I’m sure there has to be something free out there/one of my questions is do they repeat themselves after so many videos? I’m just starting to read up on this, but I thought I’d come here first and ask anyone with experience-thanks

Yoga with Adrienne is great and she has hundreds of free videos. Including a few different 30 day series.

From there, you can figure out what parts of this particular exercise you enjoyed and use that to branch off into other elements. Hope this helps, welcome to yoga!

I should mention, that I will probably have to stick with low impact due to Chron's and complications from it, but this sounds ideal
