She’s going on her fourth year as a mean girl heel. It’s gettin stale, and putting her out there in the same poorly written talk show segments she’s had since 2017 while her future is still up in the air isn’t doing her any favors whatsoever.

Her heel act's been stale for at least a year and a half now (she's too cute to boo, LET ME CHEER HER DAMMIT!) and while she's a good talker, she's not someone who can elevate bad or boring material especially when two of the people in the segment (Nia and Sasha) aren't very good promos.
They could also let Buddy Murphy work Raw and have her be like the Lana to his Rusev. They're still engaged, right?

I swear they think because she’s the best on the mic out of the Raw women’s by a country mile, she’s Roddy Piper, Edge or Miz. Like I dig her, but she’s..adequate. I get she’s gotta carry the mic work in all of her segments with piss poor mush mouths, but she doesn’t NEED to be in these segments now, especially since she can’t wrestle until who knows long.

Here's the thing-- and I learned this my first day at UF's Scriptwriting course from a dude that has tons of Hollywood script pass/fail cred. Everything means more and has much more weight behind it, dialogue wise, if a Beautiful Lady says/believes it to be true. Thus, Alexa Bliss promos on RAW is like a Miz TV segment, always must-see even if the promo fails. Alexa has that much pull in demonstrably high-target market demongraphics that whatever she says in a Women's segment is pretty powerful for the brand as a whole. Just the nature of the dialogue-driven business, it's the same with soap opera scripts in this regard, one promo in a new direction can push a slate of new Superstars or conversely bury a number of Superstars however the pendulum swings. But yeah WWE is trying to harness a CM Punk-like energy behind Alexa that doesn't exist. Like John Rappaport in "Beautiful Girls" says, 'A Beautiful Girl is all-powerful' but only in respects of affecting nostalgia in guys. Alexa dictating the new wrestling world order rings obviously false and it shows in her promos. |

He's basically gotta put a ring on dat ASAP if he wants to lock Alexa down, seems like he's dragging his feet for some reason (Aussie pride lol) I'm just saying-- if I were Buddy Murphy after I won the CW belt in my hometown, I would've put a ring on it. It's annoying because she can easily be a good face, and the crowd wants to cheer for her. Reminds me of Edge circa 2010ish

Is there even any woman in the raw division that can cut a promo besides Bayley and Alicia for those segments?
Alexa is fine in the mic but talk shows you need to have a certain set of skills.
