Yes.
It never should have been active in WWE.

No but it does need a redesign

If any championship should be scrapped, it should be one of the men's tag team championships, since WWE seems to always have an issue sustaining a Raw and SD tag division at the same time.
Singles titles could be brand exclusive, while the men and women's tag champions defend on both Raw and Smackdown. Even if the tag titles got hot potatoed a little more, having a deeper division would make them more prestigious than a long reign because there are only two other tag teams on the show.

They have too many and some should be unified, but I would agree that the US title is low down the list of required cuts even with the shows being unified.

No but it does need a redesign I wish they'd rip off one of the many gorgeous designs on community creations.

So apparently Rusev is champion? When did that happen? I didn't think Shinsuke was ever even on the show since he won the damned thing.

I voted no.
However I think the midcard titles are pretty pointless. 90% of the time, they’re just there to fill time. I can only remember a handful of feuds over the past 10 years involving the IC Title. Those being...
Mysterio/Jericho 2009 Smackdown Ziggler/Miz 2016 Smackdown Rollins/Ziggler 2018 Raw
The US Title... Cena’s Open Challenge was fun. And MVPs year long reign. Besides that, I got nothing.

No they should definitely hold onto it. It gives two guys a reason to have a match without having to create a clever way for them to have a match.

No, but I agree they should do something more to differentiate it from the IC belt.

No. Like any championship, it has its ups and downs. Also, IMO, since it dates back to the 70s like the IC Title, I think it should always be kept around. I'm still a little bitter that the World Tag Titles were retired over the new tag team titles back in 2010. It's especially weird considering they can only mention one half of the first ever WWE Tag Team Champions, so why did they choose that title over the one held by the Legion of Doom and the New Age Outlaws? I also wonder why the Universal title isn’t on Smackdown. Presumably, RAW is the A show, right? So would you not want the WHC, with legacies that include Hogan, Savage, Austin, and The Rock, to be on the A show?

Hold my beer. I literally don't count that as a title. The reason I can't take the Universal Championship seriously is because my sister has a handbag that looks just like it

Given the chance I'd at least replace it with some other midcard title instead, mostly so they can never do the horrendous, "Ha, I'm a foreigner who's won the US title, now let me act all uber-patriotic to mock you!" gimmick again.
Although to their credit most of the US champions in the past year have been from outside the US and it's not really been a thing. Still, the possibility is always there to go back to that well.

No. The US Title is essentially the TV Title in terms of its level in my eyes. I loved that belt.

The original plan was for Roman to be WWE champion on Raw and SD to crown a Universal Champion. Then Roman took a Wellness suspension so plans changed.

And as I've said before the problem with Shinsuke's reign was that the major faces were feuding with other people. Other than mini-feuds with Jeff hardy and Rusev. His only other title defences were against R-Truth, Tye Dillinger, and Rey Mysterio.
