Turned the show on, saw Bryan about to cut a promo, turned it back off until the last few minutes of the main event.

8, best SD in a long time. That's not say it's been a bad show because far from it, but just about everything delivered and then some. When the worst thing I can say about a show is they didn't have Ali attack Bryan the way Truth and AJ did, it's a pretty damn good one.

9, I thought it was pretty top-notch. Multiple strong matches, continuity, story payoffs, a nice range of promos (both DBry's unconventionally filmed opening tirade and the individual promos each woman in the triple-threat got), Almas winning clean, and even the one part of the show which annoyed me (the cheap Mandy Rose stuff) at least got past the old 'beat the champs to earn another match against the champs' cliche.

The company's preference of Charlotte over any human being on the planet aside, this was a good show. 8/10.

I caught bits and pieces of it and saw the main event. Nothing really grabbed me, but heel Bryan is so awesome because you can feel how invested he is in evolving himself beyond "the YES guy from 2014," and I respect the hell out of that. It makes for great tv.

Becky's the one who's had only one clean loss in the last six months, and even that one (Summerslam) ended with her punking Charlotte out afterwards.

I mean no denying that Charlotte has gotten more than her share of protected/wonder woman booking, but Becky is without a doubt is being booked like a monster

I'm still not sure WWE are entirely behind her, though.

I think there's someone in management that begins to masturbate whenever The Bar face The Usos or New Day. There was no reason that the match should have gotten two commercial breaks, when it only furthered separate storylines, except to kill time.
There was some real good stuff, Almas going over Mysterio in particular, but I can't rate the show too highly when the blue brand is clearly indulging in its old problems. They focus on four or five storylines at a time and everything else, and everyone else, gets brushed aside.

It was a really good match as expected, I've just seen it so many times it was very difficult for me to fully appreciate it. I've said it a million times, but the Usos need to go to Raw badly.

That's the luxury of giving someone with a 'held back' reputation a super-push. It doesn't matter how much WWE beats you over the head with the fact they're being pushed and protected at every turn and made to look majorly strong, fans will still feel that it can all be taken away in a moment, its amazing, and something WWE can exploit.
And that summary doesn't even cover house shows, where Becky won all but one match against Charlotte clean despite being a heel, and where Charlotte has subsequently always been taking the loss in the Asuka/Charlotte/Becky match they've been running so Becky can keep being protected. (When Charlotte was champion they ran either a tag or a triple-threat match so Becky didn't have to take the fall.)

Gave it a 7, but the dude with the 'assistant to the regional manager sign' gets a 10.

Fun little show. The main event was really good, and I thought Carmella held her own well enough. The tag match with Rey was great, Bryan’s promos kicked ass and AJ still got to look strong. The Mandy Rose stuff is kinda stupid, though.
