"Well, I plan on coming back pretty soon," Bliss began. "WWE is very careful with us when it comes to concussions and any injury. We have the best taking care of us and you have to go through concussion protocol. Everybody is being cautious, it's the brain, you only get one, can't trade it out for another. So, I've been doing well, training at the Performance Center. I've been training in the ring there. There's hope for me getting back in the ring relatively soon. It just depends on...it's a brain, you can't really tell it to heal, my MRI's and everything look good. Neurologists say I look good and as long as I don't have symptoms — that's the thing, if you feel good, know you're good, and go in the ring, but feel a symptom like headache or memory loss, you have to start all the way from square one." www.wrestlinginc.com/news/2019/01/alexa-bliss-gives-update-on-wwe-in-ring-return-649738/

Thanks to Chris Harvard Nowinski and other wrestlers who pushed for better concussion treatment in the WWE especially post Chris Benoit The Canadian Crippler. I for one wouldn't be too mad to still have a nice spot in the Women's division and not really have to work as hard (minus all the extra fan signings/AXXESS appearances she has to do since she can't compete in-ring) and also still get a paycheck while WWE walks you on eggshells in terms of injury recovery.

I hope she'll be able to wrestle again regardless (if she still wants to), but it'd be a shame if I didn't get a main roster face run from her.
Fortunately for her, her charisma and talking ability would make it easy for WWE to find something for her if she has to retire. I don't like the in ring talking segments they've had her do lately, but I think she'd do well as a manager, panel host, backstage interviewer or commentator.

If they stop booking her like peak Vader in the ring, I'm happy with a return

If they stop booking her like peak Vader in the ring, I'm happy with a return I disagree. Vader's opponents during his peak didn't typically take his beating and pin/submit him clean at the end. I have no idea what to do with her, either. The heel thing is played out, but I don't see her against the Riott Squad lighting the world on fire.

It's horrible. The Benoit situation was horrible, but without it the wrestling world would be so much more dangerous now and who would have died in between?
