I really can't think of a better use for Otis than having him be a stupid comedy goof. He's just fit for it. Exactly, I can understand why people wouldn't be into it but I love goofy idiot Otis. The thing is, while he was a goofy idiot in NXT, he wasn't borderline mentally disabled and unable to speak in complete sentences. Which is where they seemed to be going with him on RAW with the whole "NNNNNGH, PRETTY LADY!!!! PRETTY LADYYYYYYYYYY!!!" thing.

Yeah, there’s a line between lovable goofball and The Wolf from Tex Avery cartoons when Red would show up.

He’s wrestling Chris Farley I get super strong Chris Farley vibes from him. Plus, he is pretty good in ring. I have thought the dude has a future for a while to be honest. Wasn’t it Rollins who said Otis is the guy at the PC he would most like to tear it up with? I heard someone who is a big time workrate guy say that recently and can’t remember who. Oh wait, just remembered it was Matt Riddle. I could edit this before posting but I am a stream of conciousness type of fella.

Which, as someone with Autism that keeps remembering how WWE blew that opportunity with Eugene...doesn’t give me much hope that this’d be any different. Not that I trust WWE with anything like that but still.

Otis's whole point is he is an unhinged monster who does insane shit for his size. What he did to Alexa tonight he did to Mandy Rose in NXT as he proclaimed her his "PRECIOUS PEACH"
Otis will get over with his in ring work I feel, but the crowd was hot for him when he showed up because they know who Otis is. Dude could be a really special talent when all is said and done, he has that energy about him.

See, I’m trying to think of any time in NXT when they’ve had Dozovic interact with a woman, so we at least have some small something to compare and contrast and go “Why is he like this now when he was like this before?”. Otherwise all we have to go on is his social media crush on Mandy Rose.

This guy is the worst. His wackiness is too much for me and it isn’t endearing, i just want him to go away forever.

I also want a Droopy gimmick who stalks him all around the arena and appears right behind him every time he thinks he’s escaped.

Eh, it wasn’t that bad. Was it nonsensical? Yeah. But it got their gimmick across. Otis is the unhinged, intense one and Tucker is the peacekeeper, more level headed one of the two. Plus I personally found his mannerisms and screaming funny as hell so I saw no problem with it besides the fact that it was poorly timed. They were more or less like this in NXT as well so I think they’re just not your cup of tea, which is totally fine btw. As a big mark for them in NXT, while you're right, it DEFINITELY isn't the way to debut the guy.

OTIS: IT'S NECK DAY!
Trainer: We worked your neck yesterday. You really don't need a whole day for your neck anyway.
OTIS: NECK DAY!
Trainer: How about your arms? Or legs?
OTIS: NECCCCCK DAYYYYYY!!!!

I don't understand what this dude is other than like Mojo Rawley's DNA injected in to a potato and I kinda hate it.

And here’s what I don’t understand; You have a 3 hour show and you have two women, a tag team and a singles. If you hype these lot from NXT, why does one of them only get a match? Why do you have Balor/Mahal Part 5294 when you could have Lacey squash a jobber, EC3 take out Heath Slater and Heavy Machinery take out The Ascention or something? You hype these people up to have matches and matches are the best way to get people’s gimmicks over since they’re in the ring. Right now, EC3’s just a dude, Lacey just talks to people backstage with a big hat and Otis is a perve with Autism and Tucker is his minder. How does that represent anything that makes you want to see them wrestle after, again, a MONTH of hype packages?
