Translation; his sentence is still only 30 years because it’ll run along with that sentence, which is kind of bullshit but it’s still something I guess. Eh it makes sense. There is no point to him dying in jail. By the time 30 years is up he wont have much longer to enjoy the outside. The sentence is mostly for closure. For example a guy got convicted of murder in my city but killed himself before sentencing. An obscure law let his lawyer file to have the conviction overturned since he would never have his appeal. It was fought and denied. Doesnt really matter because he was dead but having him convicted on the books helps people move on. |

He's 56 and in for 30 years, he's probably going to die in prison regardless. Hope he lives to get out. And he is so old and broken down he has his freedom but is broken and cant enjoy any of it. And so broke he has to spend his last years homeless. |

I always thought it was suspect that Jay-Z did an album with R. Kelly well after it was established that Kelly was with underage women (Aaliyah specifically) so nothing would surprise me with him either. |
