Any predictions yet?

I won't say it's super likely, but I know Okada has spoken before about wanting to face Tanahashi in North America, so I'll say that's a possibility, albeit one I wouldn't bet a ton of money on.

I'm interested to see what kind of treatment/placement Lethal, or whomever is champion at the time, receives. This is a big deal for ROH, but I struggle to think they'll let their World Champion main event, unless it is a champion vs. champion scenario between ROH and NJPW. This is a fun, and interesting, time to be a fan of their product, what with the talent reconstruction, but I find it unlikely they'll have a credible program for their top title to go into that spot.

Somehow PCO and Ishii need to end up fighting each other.

Okada/Tanahashi almost has to be the main event. I think the ROH title is the semi main. Probably some kind of ladder war. Maybe a NJPW vs ROH battle royal with the winner getting a world title shot for their company. At least one 4 on 4 tag match.

Likely the ROH title is the second-to-last match, and ends with the crowning of Taven they've been sloshing towards forever.
IWGP title match will main event, and I could see it being Tanahashi defending against Okada (who will need to win this year's New Japan Cup, as the winner gets their shot at this show rather than Sakura Genesis).

Will Omega still be under contract with NJPW at this time? If so, then I would like to see him challenge Lethal. I can't remember ever seeing the two fight, but on this stage, it would be a big match for Lethal.
I agree Okada vs Tanahashi should be the main event.

I think they do need Omega for this card somehow but I'm not sure what he would do. If he faces Tana again he kinda needs to win that match but if he isn't with NJPW full time there's no way to put the belt on him. Oddly enough I can see Omega being the first AEW champion and doing a defense at the Dome next year, perhaps as the 1st night main?

Mayu Iwatani vs. Kelly Klein for the WOH title.

One thing is for sure, Tanahashi is going to be in the main event. It will allow him to accomplish one of the biggest goals which is main eventing an MSG card, which if you told someone even 2 years ago that he might accomplish that they'd think you were insane. It makes sense to have him against Okada but there are some other options. Naito defends the IC belt against either Ibushi or possibly an ROH guy (Rush would be awesome here). Not sure about anything else though

Yeah, as said above Kenny's contract is up 1/31 and there's no word yet on what the machinations are to possibly keep him around in some capacity, but if you want to see Kenny vs. Lethal check out the second night semi-final match in the US title tournament.

Right on. I'll have to check it out, as I enjoy both wrestlers. Lethal vs. Naito or Suzuki, if Omega leaves?
EDIT: My card according to current rosters, champions and alignments, with the exception of PAC as a special attraction for the event.
Main Event IWGP Heavyweight Title Tanahashi v. Okada
ROH World Title Lethal v. Omega (Naito or PAC substitutes*)
ROH TV Title Cobb v. Elgin
IWGP Intercontinental Title Naito(*) v. White
NEVER Openweight Title Osprey v. PAC(*)
ROH Tag Title Briscoes v. Shingo/Bushi
IWGP Heavyweight Tag Title Sanada/Evil v. Guerillas of Destiny v. Young/Bully
IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title Ishimori v. Bandido
WOH Title Klein v. Dashwood
ROH 6 Man Tag Title Kingdom v. Sabin/Castle/Flip
Lifeblood v. Suzuki-gun (Juice/Finlay/Williams v. Suzuki/Taichi/Sabre)
Villian Inc. v. CHAOS (Scurll/PCO/King v. Iishi/Goto/Yano)
King v. KUSHIDA v. Liger v. Ibushi
... and then for hour 5... Seriously, didn't know where to put Ibushi and KUSHIDA.

I think ROH will feature Dalton Castle and/or Matt Taven in more prominent matches. Best Friends - Chuck and Trent - will be on this card somehow. Team them with Roppongi 3K to take on Lifeblood? Would love to see Eli Isum team with Liger in some undercard match. Also, how about Jeff Cobb vs. Ishii?

Right now I don't get the Okada idea. As in he's kind of in a storyline where for once he cannot win the big one, so I'm not sure how you get to him getting a title shot at that show. It just seems odd. They really need to have Tana/Omega as a rematch but I dunno how that can happen.
Lethal vs. Omega doesn't make much sense. Omega has zero use for the ROH title and I doubt Tony Khan will be thrilled with his biggest signing (potentially) jobbing to the ROH champ. So there is no chance that happens.

I did struggle for some placements, and I couldn't think of better placements for Taven or Castle, unless they're a singles champ by this time. I doubt they'd take the belt off Lethal for either of them going into this event. Cobb v. Ishii would be great, especially since Ishii is a former TV champ, but Cobb v. Elgin is a bit of a dream match for me. Best Friends, R3K, and Eli are all in the 5th hour haha.

Though I understand from a fan standpoint, everyone would like to see Omega on the show, the fact is his contract will have expired before then, and also, the show is already sold out. From a business standpoint, no need to add him. I lean toward the idea he shouldn't be on the show. I don't think anyone would argue that ROH doesn't need to establish their own talent as stars. This platform of a huge show at MSG is a way to make the home grown main guys who are sticking around look like major stars. Focus on them. (Something ROH should have done more in recent years.)

The winner of the New Japan Cup get their shot at this show. Okada could easily win that and signify that he has finally made it back only to lose again and spiral even more.
