Bao wins Best Animation Short. Legitimately the only thing I cared about coming into tonight’s ceremony was that “Bao” won Best Animation Short, and I’m glad it did. In about 10 minutes, using no dialogue, Disney-Pixar got me so emotionally invested in a woman’s relationship with a sentient dumpling that I was crying by the end. |
