I really really hate that Triple H decided to have a boner over 2013 UFC out of the blue. With our luck Brock will be replaced by a fresh out of training school Cain Velasquez. Quick, delete Triple H's UFC Fight Pass app and replace it with a fake app that exclusively plays Modern Family. Goddammit, we will get Sofia Vergara pushed. She's the real People's Champ. This but at NXT

Hopefully HHH doesn't go full Inoki when he takes over. I’m hoping the CM Punk embarrassment will stop any full on Inoki thoughts. Picturing Triple H headlining 3 of the next 5 Manias and after every one sitting in his dressing room asking everyone “what do you think Punk thought of THAT?!”

I really don’t want her to go. She’s one of the few parts of WWE I actually like.
It’s been fun to watch her work.

The latest report of her doing the family thing then coming back to the ring makes sense to me. When she comes back the other two of her Horsewomen should have some more experience under their belts and be more polished. Probably looking at a late next year fued between them and the nxt/wwe Horsewomen.

Yeah I'm down for the match, but I've seen people on other sites pitch it for this year's WM which would be wayyyy too soon since Marina and Jessamyn have still a lot of work to do.

If this is so, then they to go full throttle on Becky vs. Ronda.

Good. They never should’ve sacrificed the real progression of the women’s division for a celebrity that’s “really good for her limited experience”( while not being able to speak). Her losing in a three way is a joke too, especially if this would be first time the women main event Mania. She’s the best in-ring in WWE outside of Charlotte and Asuka.

The big loser here is FOX, who gave WWE all that money to have Smackdown with Ronda as one of the main draws, and now she's gonna bounce before they even get there.
Like seriously if I were FOX I'd look into potential action against WWE for this.

Unless “Ronda must be on the roster” is in the contract, they can’t do shit.

If true, she totally played them. Cone in just long e ouch to restore her draw power and get more offers coming her way. Did it really restore her draw power though? It's not like her WWE tenure has created an audience boom. If anything, there seem to be indications she's an severe anti-draw if the 3rd hour dropoff is any indication. Like, I know the audience drops after the first two hours, but it seems like it's a worse drop when Ronda is in that last hour. For all the complaints about Roman prior to his forced hiatus, I can't recall ratings being that big a fluctuation for him.

Ronda has not been a strong draw at all. After her surprise cliffhanger appearance post-Rumble, with no indication she wasn't going to be on Raw the next night, they pulled a rating lower than the post-Rumble Raw from the year before. There was next to no real expression of any mainstream exposure or Ronda fans tuning in to see her. And that trend has held. She's succeeded within the sphere of wrestling, is over with the existing fans and I'm sure moves quite a bit of merch. But she's not the crossover megastar bringing in huge ratings that WWE was hoping she would be.

I actually think now would be a good time for her to step away. I think the cracks are starting to show a little more. She got exposed fairly bad with her twitter feud with Becky and the promos she was cutting. In the ring, she's been good since day one, but the other side of pro wrestling is starting to catch up to her. If the plans hold out and she'll be facing Becky and Charlotte at Mania, that will all begin again. Time away could be good for her. She can hone up that skill, the rest of the division can start to thrive without her, unless they just throw all the eggs in Alexa's basket again.

The latest I heard on Ronda, which most reports seem to be leaving out, is her desire to spend more time thinking about how one time the guy who played Mr. Belvedere sat on his own balls and they had to stop filming for a couple of days.

It is always interesting to me how biology plays a big role in careers. Ronda wanting a child means she might not be working for 11+ months but if Kofi wanted to have another child in his family he can still be on the road. Really an unfair part of life.

I don’t really see how her leaving is her playing the WWE. It’s clear she loves wrestling and the company. She may have joined to boost her star power a bit, but the majority of her feelings makes me believe that being in the WWE is something she’s wanted to do.
She doesn’t seem like the type (not anymore) to care about who goes over her or care about her fake wrestling W/L record. If she has to put someone over, im sure she will do it, no questions asked. She looks like she loves everyone on that roster.
I’m inclined to believe she really just wants to have a kid and come back rather than using the WWE for her own power, not put anyone over, and dip.
Personally I’ll miss her matches. They’ve been damn good.

If WrestleMania is really the last time Ronda wrestles as a full-time wrestler before going away for a while, this just solidifies even further that they better go with a singles match with her versus Becky. Having Becky go over her in a singles match would mean so much more for both Becky and the company as a whole than a win in a triple threat that nobody wants to see.

It was weird to see this make Pardon The Interruption. I know WWE does stuff with ESPN, but Wilbon and Kornheiser don't strike me as guys who would care about this.
