From best to worst: Scott Norton, Brian Adams, Stevie Ray, and then...man, trying to choose between Horace and Virgil is a toughie. I guess Horace, then Vincent.

That's what happens when you drag on a great storyline without an ending in mind. It eventually overstays its welcome and turns into shit.
That being said, the nwo b team at least was better than nwo 2000.

At least Virgil was over at one point in the WWF even if it was for a brief time, the only thing Horace did of note was getting brutally attacked by Hulk in the lead up to the awful Warrior-Hogan match in the build up to Halloween Havoc only to have him help Hulk in the match anyways which made no sense but that's WCW logic for you.

Curt Hennig and Scott Norton were in the B Team and Buff Bagwell and Disco Inferno were in the Elite lol I want to say Curt Hennig had already been dropped from the nWo altogether by the time the B-Team split was official, but I'm not 100% sure of this. I do know he was already teaming with Barry Windham independent of the nWo by the time the Vincent-Stevie Ray feud over who ran the B-Team began. And yeah, Scott Norton deserved so much more then what WCW was doing with him at the time. I know he was also main eventing shows in Japan, but I wonder if he ever considered a WWF run. Or if the WWF were ever interested in him. I could see him having a role in the company similar to what Finlay had when Finlay wrestled for them in the 2000's (minus the leprechaun of course).
