At what stage could this match have made the most money, and in what area?
Philly circa 87? Hogan at his face height, Flair known but not in Flair country so not going to get a face pop, or quite at that stage of his career?

In terms of when it was feasible I'd say some time in 1988. Flair could drop the belt in the NWA to Luger or whoever and then face Hogan.
