I was at the rumble , despite it being 6 hrs long - I had a great time .
As for the winners , Becky was the right choice no doubt about it. She got the loudest pop of the night and rightfully so. Becky V Ronda should main event mania , Charlotte shouldnt be in that match.
Rollins was the right person to win, altough for a few mins there I thought Aliester may be the shock winner and make his main roster at the top of the WM card . Aliester V Bryan would have made for an awesome title match

Happy with both options. Seth will tear it up with whichever guy he chooses, and Becky/Ronda (I'm assuming) will be great as well. WWE made the right move with both wins.

Him vs. Brock (well, if Brock gives a shit) and him vs. Bryan are both really intriguing matches.

I'm delighted about both. I would have preferred Braun over Seth but more than happy with the two winners. Now they both need to win at Mania.

They gave it to the two most popular baby faces, which is what people have been wanting.

This was a rare case (with Rumbles anyway as of late) where they actually gave the fans exactly what they wanted

I...dudes. I don't give a damn that it was predictable. For once they didn't swerve. They didn't change they minds. My favorite wrestler just won the Rumble. I'm gonna go cry in joy for once after a main roster PPV instead of anger. So glad for you but this is the definition of a mark. The quality of a ppv is being decided by the winners. Of course they dont listen to us like that. Both Rumbles were horrible. The winners were great . 4/10

I thought both Rumbles were great. They relied on on their actual roster instead of a ton of legends. As far being a mark? Isn't that the point? For wrestling to make you happy and excited enough to scream at the TV? I personally haven't felt this way about WWE in a long ass while and while yes that's because my favorite won I'm very used to WWE disappointing me with these kinds of things and...for once they didn't.

Some people won’t allow themselves to enjoy WWE no matter what they present. People that complained so hard in the Becky/Charlotte/Ronda threads the last few weeks that Becky was getting skipped over since she got the Asuka match are still not satisfied.

Just let people enjoy what they like without doing that type of mess.

I get not being happy of you don't like Becky or Seth. Fine. But WWE actually did what the majority of fans wanted? How often does that happen anymore. Even Finn didn't look like a total loser. I'm pretty happy with last night's events tbh

I'm fine with both. Seth's win was telegraphed to me months ago, as he's the best choice for the next Raw champ if they're not going to commit to Braun and Roman being absent. Becky entering after a successful Asuka defense makes total sense. Both were predictable, but sometimes a swerve isn't always the best option in wrestling.

I actually enjoy WWE a lot and I think the last time I cared about the wrong guy winning to the point where I grade the entire PPV around it was like 2007. There is a difference between getting quality content and reading the result of the match. One takes countless hours and the other one takes a second to read. Everything from atmosphere, people in the rumble, moments, exciting story between 2 wrestlers, suprise entrants and finally right winner. So yeah the right winner gets points. Talents in the rumble was kinda weird for me. So both No 30s get jumped (didnt both win like a HUGE tournament for this? In which I invested my time in?) , no names start the rumble, final four was kinda okay I guess. The moments...well we got Nia Jax walking into the wrong rumble for no reason, eliminated the most build up newcomer in YEARS!!!!!!!!!! And then gets destroyed by the men which is awesome to see since it´s Nia, but still very questionable in 2019. Other than that we had people crawling on their hands, under the ring, on a pole...very original yes I have tears in my eyes, better than 1992 already. Exciting story between 2 wrestlers, well Charlotte and Becky were awesome. There was none of that in the mens rumble, except for the "OMFG THEY HATE EACH OTHER EVERY WEEK AND NOW THEY ARE IN THE SAME MATCH" x230 a show. Suprise entrants? Well none really, but it gets harder every year. Atmosphere? One of the worst ones. The people didn´t even care. If it´s an audio issue thats their problem for picking that place. So yeah...this wasn´t all that great. But hey my favorite wrestler won so 10/10. BTW I can´t wait for the PPV with 4 MOTYC and all the wrong winners on this forum.

What are you talking about, both 30s didn’t get jumped, Carmella didn’t get jumped? Lynch took Lana’s spot who was injured in the preshow. Maybe you enjoy WWE, but you don’t post like you do.

Sorry, someone came in last minute before the rumble ended and took 2 spots, better now? I know I sound like a dick but I am trying to say that if you rate a show perfect because the right guy won...why even watch? You can just read the result and have the same feeling then (exeggerated) .

The Man won both as they should have. I would have been fine with Drew as well if he beat Brock, but Seth and Lesnar have history from a few years ago as well.

Sometimes the predictable choice isn't a bad choice(see Royal Rumble 1998 for example) Sometimes doing something just to swerve the audience isn't always the right path(see Russo)
Maybe I'm biased because I was a Seth fan for a long time, and I'm so happy he's rebounded from the heel champ run that made him look like a jabroni after having a spectacular 2014.
When I see him he gives me a top guy vibe. Like, with Roman gone and Dean floundering as a heel, and AJ and Bryan probably being in the twilight of their careers(just based off age) I see Seth as the leader of the pack when it comes to the men's division.
Tangent aside, what I'm trying to say is Seth winning was predictable but I think it was the perfect choice.
As for Becky, personally while I'm not a fan of the twitter thing(which I can just ignore) and some of her fanbase can be a little much for me(sorry not trying to start anything here) I am a huge fan of her as a wrestler and the storyline with Lana, and Becky getting up in Finlay's face like "let me in there dammit!" Was perfect, and I was on the edge of my seat because I thought for sure WWE was gonna heel it up and have Charlotte or Nia win just to piss off the crowd, but they did the right thing.

I'm really tired of people being rotten to other posters or about the community at large. Clearly my whole thing of trying to let things slide has created a lot of problems on FAN and if I need to start banning people on the spot for being dicks to fix it, I'm going to.
