(I can't take credit for ALL of this theory...other than a lot of it being incredibly obvious when you stop and think for a second, part of this is credited to BK From WV because he came up with the Charlotte wrinkle while we were watching the Rumble last night.)
So, I think it's pretty obvious Becky's gonna use her win to get her match with Ronda. So far so good. BUT Charlotte will argue Becky shouldn't have the title match right because she was never officially in the Rumble to begin with (Finlay approval not withstanding.) SO, she can - and will because you can't have "HISTORIC" moments without wedging Charlotte in there no matter what - argue SHE should have the match with Ronda instead. So, as they tend to do with these things, the call is made by a McMahon (hello, Vince) to make the Becky/Ronda match a triple threat. So in the end.... Ronda, Becky, Charlotte most likely end up main eventing Mania (and Sasha has to find some duct tape to fix that broken heart she says she'll have)Becky (presumably) wins...by pinning or submitting Charlotte. Ronda still looks strong, but doesn't take the official L, then buggers off to her rumored extended absence for family reasons (but can still do PR things for the E and keep heat on her eventual return for vengeance against Becky.)You get a presumable blow off on the Charlotte/Becky feud....Becky (regrettably) moves to Raw to be the face of the place over there. like I said...really obvious when you think about it.

Becky's come too far to lose at WM, so I'm having her win there by pinning or submitting Ronda since Ronda's probably leaving for a little bit. Becky's not 2013-14 Daniel Bryan over, but it'd be like having Bryan lose the triple threat with Orton and Batista.
Charlotte gets into the match by throwing a hissy fit over Becky being allowed into the Rumble, Becky vs. Charlotte at EC or Fastlane (is that still a thing?) where if Charlotte wins she's in. Charlotte attacks Becky's bad knee in the lead up to the match and ends up winning.

I really hope they don't add Charlotte (though I agree they probably will). I don't think the match needs it. Becky and Ronda were already building a fiery feud, in the lead up to Survivor Series, and just having the two of them posturing could give the match a real, big fight feel. They've got two months to keep building, and make it a genuinely huge event.
If Ronda is leaving, either permanently or for a leave of absence, then she should lose the match*. Hell, it would even play into the real life perception of Ronda as a bad loser, who struggles to handle defeats. Becky beats her, Ronda disappears for a while, with no one knowing if she'll ever come back. Then, choose the perfect time for her to return to a monster pop.
* I find it interesting that people used to say that Asuka's winning streak was a "dead end" that needed to be done away with for her to move on as a character, yet I can't recall ever seeing this said about Ronda.

That's exactly why I think they won't. Ronda is notoriously thin-skinned, and I can't imagine her going through with something that's gonna bring about that same criticism.

Becky vs Ronda doesn't need Charlotte and the story is better without her.
Hunter can suck up to Papa Ric some other time.

Man, Charlotte getting added to the match wouldn't kill my interest but it would definitely be a bummer. To me even if Becky wins it would validate what started all this that no matter what she does Charlotte gets handed stuff and takes the spotlight from her. It would suck tbh.

I’m not at all in favor of Charlotte being in this match with the caveat that her being in it is entirely to take the L to keep Roman, er...uh...I mean Ronda ‘strong.’

Ronda's gotta take the L here. Since she'll be leaving for a bit makes sense to have Becky get Ronda off-screen and then have Charlotte go against Becky 1 last time before she moves back into some SDL stuff. It doesn't make sense to not have Ronda get pinned or tapped out after she's been built up this much.

Becky HAS to beat Ronda to give Charlotte the excuse that she never got pinned so they can feud again once Ronda leaves. Then again if Becky wins then she'd get moved to Raw right so maybe Charlotte wouldn't get a rematch. They might call up Shayna or someone from NXT the night after Mania and start that.

I still think the story and match works best as a three-way given that WWE doesn't want to turn Ronda and wants to present Becky as the new SuperCena--Charlotte can play the heel and use fans' resentment of her to get heat (she has a valid point about how Becky illegally got in the match, but Becky in kayfabe did everything right) and in turn help put the faces over. It makes it more likely the match will be memorable given the strong chemistry she has with both (we still don't know if Ronda/Becky have good ring chemistry), the way she shines brightest in big matches, and fans will be paranoid about Becky losing, which is useful given the fact she likely will win yet again.
It also means that the various threads of the story hinting at a three-way (like Ronda interfering against both women at TLC, and mocking both of them while praising Sasha in the build to the Rumble match) aren't just tossed aside.

Some questions for you all to consider
1: Does the Fox deal still require Ronda on Smackdown?
2: As others mentioned, would Charlotte help the quality of the match that would otherwise be impacted by the inexperienced Ronda?
3: What of it was an elimination match that ultimately ended with Becky and Ronda one-on-one?
