One major complaint about the WWE the repetitive matches... Usos/New Day, Seth/Dolph, Banks & Bailey/Riott Squad. For having the biggest and best(?) roster of all time it doesn’t feel that way when the roster is divided between four shows and the fight forever 50/50 booking doesnt help either.
This is really noticeable with the women with only ten or so girls on each show and only about half of them with any championship talent. Adding tag belts only divides things more. Simple question if they moved all the woman over to Monday nights and gave them the 8pm hour as their own show before Raw, whould that be better. It would give the woman their own platform, with a bigger roster and would also fix the bloated three hour Raws somewhat. Of course USA might never let this happen.

If you add up the screentime they get on RAW it's close to an hour anyway.

I’d be fine if they got a network exclusive show that had promos and highlights from that week’s show.

Sticking women's wrestling in a ghetto is the opposite of helpful.

Mehhh.. Give them their own show on the network. If people truly want to watch women wrestling they will watch it on there . They need to turn the men's roster around and start creating stars. There hasn't; been a legit STAR created outside of Bryan/Punk (who were ruined creatively) since really the Class of 2002. IF they want to see a bright future its on the men's side.
I like the a few of the women wrestlers but thats not where the bread is buttered for this company. It doesn't help they are following the same format as the men's side which is "Quick push to random name to feed them to part time former MMA star". They need to focus on getting their men's roster OVER and drawing. That Rumble just truly showed this company has a big time problem making stars. 90 percent of the guys got no reaction at all
They have boxed themselves into a corner where the only guy on RAW with a shot is Rollins. I like Rollins. Great upper Midcard, but bottom line he isn't a main event player. Outside of his ring work he's lacking in most areas (Size, Promo ability, Charisma, its decent but not great, Drawing ability to the casual fans etc) And he already had his shot at the top. He didn't do too well.
Meanwhile, you got a guy right there in Elias. He checks off all the boxes in what it takes to be a star. Raw should be spent getting Elias in the main event spot. Throw the women off RAW and give them their own show. And lets "shake things up". You know.. What the Mcmahons... Promised to do a few weeks ago.
But you can't get the future rolling when you got the brands convoluted with a bunch of women wrestling and the Mcmahons still throwing their weight around on TV after 20 years.

No need to segregate it into 'Now this is the women's time' really. If the goal is to make it just as important as the guy stuff, and it should be, treat it as such.

Elias is basically channel change material to me. His act is house show opening match fodder, hardly the stuff of main eventers. And he's a marginal, below average in ring worker.
Anyway I have suggested the whole deal of putting an hour of Raw for the women in the past. In the past month or two they kinda have unofficially. It's a total bust though and has produced some horrific 3rd hour ratings drops with the Moment of Bliss segments, Rousey tag main events, etc. Maybe make it the first hour instead? I think it would help the overall flow of the show. A long while ago someone on here noted they wouldn't want to go to an NBA game if the WNBA teams from those cities showed up and started playing the 3rd quarter. Having this odd co-ed product producing a jarring result. I think Japan has this right to be honest. Either watch men's wrestling, or go see the women's wrestling show. I think that's why Evolution worked okay as a show. Everyone knew going in it was an all women's PPV, so there wasn't this awkward 70/30 split.

But you can't get the future rolling when you got the brands convoluted with a bunch of women wrestling Yeah f*** those women, how dare they wrestle? They can wrestle. Just give them their own show. You can't get your future men's roster over however throwing a gazillion women segments and promos on there. What sells your product will ultimately be the men's side at the end of the day.
