I don't know why. I have not yet seen an episode of this show (only clips and stuff, although I plan to in the future) and only saw this clip...yet it brought me to tears.

The thought of a mother missing out on seeing her children grow up, isolated from them, not even sure if they realize she's alive or not...yeah, that does so.

...well that and the way they repurposed a song from the NES game.

The rendition is certainly one main part...although I am one of those guys who never saw that big deal about the moon theme.

Personally, the Transylvania theme was my favorite stage theme from that game.
