I would say Bret considering he still seems to take it very personally. Bam Bam probably has more pressing matters to be concerned about at the moment

Bam Bam in his first run was his own worst enemy. According to Bret, he alienated the locker room by bragging about his paychecks, and it took Andre stiffing him in the ring to pipe down. Regardless of Hogan, Bigelow didn’t seem to have many friends at that time. Lanny Poffo hated him, as well. He seems to have mellowed a lot over the years, and Lance Storm spoke very highly of him. I think by the time he got to ECW, he had a much more mature attitude, whereas his first run, he was a rookie in the grand scheme of things, and like Big Show, that probably went to his head. I sometimes wonder how differently his life would have played out if he had the same head on his shoulders back then as he'd have later on.

In the Survivor Series 87 watch along STWW Bruce pointed out how blown up Bigelow was at the end of the match and how he pissed of the Boss by blowing spots at the end of the match.

I never thought of it just figuring Bam Bam was exhausted/beat and that is why he left post SS match and didn't lose with Hulk. But yeah having him stick around post match with Hogan would have been huge.
Bret was different case all together as it really made him seem like a place holder to Hogan the real hero and star.

But Bret was a place holder. His first reign was planned out months or even weeks in advance. It was settled no more than a few days before Flair did the favor. If that doesn't say "place holder" in a predetermined business I don't know what does.

I would say Bret considering he still seems to take it very personally. The only thing Bret takes personally is Hogan not doing the job back for him. I haven't heard much vitriol from him concerning dropping it to yoko in the first place.
