Yes Leo FN Kruger.
If it wasn't for that gimmick I would not have even enjoyed the first few weeks of Rose. He would be just like Jose to me. I liked Rose at the start for the fact he showed me he could act. The Kruger stuff was great, I like crazy characters and he pulled off the gimmick so well if only Nikki Cross could pull of creepy without being so over the top. Kruger for some reason was not good enough for the main roster or maybe Rose got bored but he might of had a better run overall. Less is more as they say. f*** the Rosebuds.

I believe it was Leppan himself who pulled the plug on the Kruger gimmick.
Put me down as another one who was a fan of Kruger an infinity more than Adam Rose. Although, the accent would seemingly change from week to week in the FCW/Early NXT days.

I loved the Krugertron and his look of constant delighted surprise when coming down to the ring.
Summer/Autumn 2013 is probably my favorite era of NXT.

The most fascinating thing about Adam Rose is that there are a couple pictures of him and his rosebuds and he's now by far the least known wrestler in the group. It's kinda surreal.
It would be like seeing a picture of Frank Stallone in 1959 playing guitar with of a bunch of unknowns in the background who became The Beatles.

Admittedly I only saw some vignettes after the fact, but I thought it was laughably terrible; like Santino as Boris levels of "Really?"

I like both gimmicks cause I’m a big fan of the performer.
It’s a shame Adam Rose got fired. He did the whole “Party boy” gimmick way better than No Way Jose.
I’d be completely on board with a Leo Kruger return. He reminds me of Skinner.

Never liked Leo Kruger.
Best Adam Rose was the short lived Black Rose he was trying to angle for. And I agree Adam Rose did the Party Boy Gimmick fairly well and he still came out in ring as a legit competitor.
But anything was better than "poopy joke" Adam Rose

One thing that has always surprised me about the Adam Rose run is how quick the turnaround was from NXT to the main roster for him. He was still Leo Kruger at the start of 2014, then he’s repackaged and by May he’s on the main roster.
