Haven’t seen this topic in a while.
Superman always sounds like Tim Daly on paper to me, whereas Batman is usually Kevin Conroy unless it’s a Frank Miller story, then his voice is closer to Christian Bale’s. For a while I would hear pre-Gadot Wonder Woman as Lucy Lawless, and pre-Suicide Squad Amanda Waller in an Angela Bassett voice.
Before Chris Evans I would read Captain America close to George Newbern, actually. Wolverine is always Cal Dodd to me and Norm Spencer is forever Cyclops. Sonic is usually Jaleel White, and Knuckles is always in the voice Dan Green gave him in Sonic X. Black Widow before Scarlett Johansson had a much thicker accent in comics to me, closer to what Elizabeth Olsen did with Scarlet Witch in Ultron.

For The Punisher, when it's a Marvel Knights, MAX, or just about any story written by Garth Ennis (There were MAX stories that he didn't write, as well), the voice will be Thomas Jane. As for anything else, like when he wears the white gloves and boots, or any of them that weren't part of the Marvel Knights or MAX series, it could alternate between Ray Stevenson or Dolph Lundgren.
As for Deadpool, it's definitely Nolan North, though Ryan Reynolds isn't far behind.

Roger Craig Smith has basically become the voice for Sonic in my eyes, largely through watching repeats of Sonic Boom.
Christopher Daniel Barnes is also the defacto voice for Spider-Man, which makes hearing him as Eric in The Little Mermaid a bit surreal.

The X-Men and Spider-man characters are the cast of the 90s cartoons.

Great topic. For me, it's like my subconscious dictates what I hear based on the art and tone of story. For example, most Batman I hear as Kevin Conroy. But, when I read The Dark Knight Returns he sounds like Michael Ironside thanks to that episode of The New Batman Adventures.
With the X-Men, I typically hear a mish-mash of the 90's series, Evolution, and Wolverine & The X-Men actors. Mostly Evolution.
Adult Spider-Man is always Christopher Daniel Barnes, younger Spidey is always Josh Keaton.
Pretty much any Superman character will be the voice from Superman The Animated Series. Especially Lex Luthor and Lois Lane.
^^^ Ditto for Batman and BTAS.
Mirage TMNT are always the actors from the 1990 movie. Archie TMNT are the 1988 voice actors. IDW kind of a hybrid of 4Kids and 2012 Nickelodeon.
Walking Dead is an interesting one. I was reading the comic long before the TV show, so some characters in my head just got random voices that were later replaced by the TV actors. Namely Rick, Michonne, Ezekiel, and especially Negan. Rick used to sound like Aaron Eckhart in my head.

I used to "hear" Mr Spacely's voice as J Jonah Jameson, but now I cant read anything involving him without hearing JK Simmons.

For the most part the DCAU is my go-to if there was a character. Here's some others:
Barry Allen - Neil Patrick Harris(Michael Rosenbaum is Wally) Aquaman and Mera - Travis Willingham and Laura Bailey Wolverine - Steve Blum (actually pretty much all of them sound like their Wolverine and the X-Men voices. Just perfect casting all around) Star Lord - Troy Baker Iron Man - Brent Spiner Captain America - Gary Chalk Thor - David Kaye (Megatron specifically) Hank Pym - George Eads from CSI Wasp - Kathy Najimy (Yeah in my head he Pyms are Texan) Midnighter ànd Apollo - Steve Blum (again) and Patrick Seitz
Just a few. I have a specific voice for everyone.

Conroy, Hamill, and Sorkin will forever be Batman, Joker and Harley to me. I don't think I can even imagine any other voices for those characters.
Similarly, because the MCU was either my first introduction to the characters, or the first time I really connected to them, the voices in those movies are my default. Ditto for Stewart, McKellen, Jackman, Reynolds and Brolin for their respective characters.

When I read the Metal Gear Solid comics, the voices of the characters were all of the voice actors. However, when reading Naomi's lines and Mei Ling's lines, it kind of alternates because of their accents from MGS1. Then they had the American accents in MGS4. It alternates, though I sometimes stick to the accents from the fourth game.
I have also read Dead Rising: Road To Fortune, which was a story that was set between DR1 and DR2: Case Zero (It ends with Chuck and Katey getting there, setting up the events of Case Zero). The voices for Frank, Chuck, Rebecca, and Katey are their respective voice actors: TJ Rotolo, Peter Flemming, Benita Ha, and Allyson Armstrong. Even TK made an appearance and I heard Daren Herbert. However, it varied with Isabela, whom I mainly used Kim Mai Guest (She had different voice actors for her, as there were also two other actresses who voiced her in DR2: Case West and DR3). As for other characters, it varied, but for Chuck's wife (She was in this story), I sometimes imagined Neve Campbell's voice (She kind of looked like a young Neve Campbell in the comic book).
ETA: As for Marian Mallon in the comic, the voice I thought of was the one from Case West, as she sounded more sinister. Not that the one from DR3 didn't, but it didn't fit with how she was portrayed in Road To Fortune.

With the Ninja Turtles it varies. Raphael usually sounds like Josh Pais from the 1990 film, and Donnie is a blend of Barry Gordon and Rob Paulsen from the 2012 show. Leo sounds like Mike Sinternmiklass from the Fox cartoon and Michelangelo sounds like Robbie Rist. Splinter was always close to Mako’s voice for Uncle Iroh. Zhang Ziyi nailed Karai for me, and Shredder is always James Saito.
I can’t help but hear Phil LaMarr’s Samurai Jack voice whenever I read a Usagi Yojimbo book.
Joker depends on the tone of the story. When Joker’s dialogue is a little more grounded I hear Heath Ledger, and when he’s a bit more over the top he’s Hamill. He always has Hamill’s cackle though.
Also, before Hemsworth, Thor was always a voice like what John DiMaggio used for Aquaman.

When I read Cyborg Superman/Hank Henshaws dialogue it sounds like Leonard Nimoy as Galvatron.

It's almost always the way I'm most familiar with the characters in other mediums. Batman it's always Kevin Conroy unless it's something silly, then I go with Will Arnett. If it's Frank Miller (ESPECIALLY All-Star Batman and Robin), my mind goes full Batvoice Christian Bale. Hamil's Joker is THE Joker for me. Sorkin is always Harley, though TBH I think Tara Strong did a really good job with her voice, too. Most of the X-Men voices in my head come from the 90's cartoon except for Professor Xavier, who is Patrick Stewart. Adult Peter's voice is the guy who did him in the 90's cartoon.

Cal Dodd is Wolverine.
George Buza is Beast.
....I actually rewatch X-Men '90s clips so I can keep those 2 voices fresh.
Mark Hamill is the Joker, always, just as Kevin Conroy is Batman.
Chris Latta is Cobra Commander.
Arleen Sorkin is Harley, but lately that's fading...
JK Simmons has become J. Jonah Jameson.
Christopher Daniel Barnes was Spider-Man for a long while, not so much anymore...

A few more
Deadpool - Dan Castalleneta's Krusty the Klown voice.. Sounds odd I'm sure but for me it fits like a glove (and I had to give him a voice long before Nolan North came around) Hal Jordan is Crispin Freeman, with Phil Lamar for John Stewart, Sylvester Stallone for Guy Gardner and Ian James Corlett's Cheetor voice for Kyle Rayner. Sabretooth sound like Brad Garrett to me. Daken sounds like J Michael Tatum (Scar specifically) Scott Lang is Paul Rudd. Along with Patrick Stewars as Professor X and Ian Mckellen as Magneto he's one of the very few characters who sounds like his live film actor. Captain Cold sounds like Fred Flintstone to me for whatever reason. Heat Wave is Scorponok from Beast Wars, Weather Wizard is Lenny Leonard, Trickster is Mark Hamill, Kadabra is the Monarch, Pied Piper is Liam O'Brien, Mirror Master is David Tenant and The Top is Todd Haberkorn.
I spend entirely too much time picking a voice for these characters lol

This is interesting, as it happens to me a lot when I read, but never once when I read comic books.
Like right now I'm rereading the Dune books, so everyone sounds like their movie versions. And when I'd read a particularly good Star Trek book, I could easily hear the characters in my head.
But as much as I read comics, I've never once read one with a character voice in my head.

Non-super hero time
Sandman/Morpheus - Gideon Emery Yorick Brown - Johnny Yong Bosch Agent 355 - Cree Summer Spider Jerusalem - Roger from American Dad. I don't know why. He sounds nothing like Hunter S Thompson. I guess its his spastic exhuberance.Channon is Jennifer Hale and Yelena is Grey Delisle. Dash Badhorse from Scalped - Christopher Sabat Philip Graves from 100 Bullets sounds like Maurice Lamarche's Orson Welles impression. Lono I always pictured sounding like Wakka from Final Fantasy 10 but with a bit of a rougher edge. Marko and Alana from Saga sound like Johnny Yong Bosch and Michelle Ruff, probably because I'd just finished watching Bleach when I read the first volume. The Boys - Simon Pegg for Wee Hughie (Duh) and Michael Caine for Billy Butcher (probably because he's described as sounding like him). Mothers Milk is Isaac Hayes, The Frenchman is Lumiere and The Female sounds like Tara Strong for her one line of dialogue. Annie sounds like Kari Wahlgren and The Homelander sounds like Billy West's Zapp Brannigan. The Bought Executive sounds like Stephen Colbert for some reason (so does Plastic Man but that ones a bit more obvious) Hawkeye is Patrick Warburton, Captain Marvel is Ashley Burch and Me. Marvel is Monica Rial.
