What to do with Asuka at Wrestlemania?

Okay so its clear that have no idea what to do with her and we are cutting it fine to start a meaningful storyline, so i would put her in a Gauntlet Match and just have her kill bitches and really put her over. Rather than the cluster f*** multi match so a 5 way Gauntlet Match of Asuka vs Naomi vs Sonya Deville vs Mandy Rose vs Nikki Cross. Literally have Asuka start in the ring with one and the other 3 outside, and have her kill Mandy, Sonya and Naomi then have Nikki Cross put up a really good fight against her to set up her post Mania feud. She needs something to put her back over, she has nothing going on, why not give her some of that NXT killer vibe back and just put the woman over. Yes it will be filler, but its slightly different to the regular cluserf***, it sets up the next challenger and puts her over strong.

You forgot Vince wants Lacey Evans to fight and perhaps beat her at Wrestlemania. I guess Vince feels a blond statuesque woman should always beat Asuka just like Charlotte and Camilla and Mandy that must be her weakness blondes

Whoever she’s against she’s definitely losing. It’s pretty clear that Vince isn’t a huge fan of hers or her first loss to Charlotte wouldn’t have been booked in such a way. I.e. definitively tapping out, literally telling Charlotte that she’s better, and then the focus going to Cena sprinting around the ring to go get ready for a match with the Undertaker. Then she floated aimlessly for a decent length of time. She’ll always be over and have good matches, but I doubt that she ever really gets a destroyer run either.

I quite honestly don’t see her sticking around whenever contract comes up, she probably wants to do other things with her life at some point.

other than blondness I don't really see why vince is so high on lacey. she's more of an eva marie since her call up than anything in terms of her appearances vs in-ring time. then again, at least eva MADE it to the ring.

I love Asuka. She's got actual personality beyond the cookie cutter "I'm a badass sexy woman" that makes up about 90% of the women's division. I'm really having nightmares about her getting jobbed to Rousey in the next 6 months.

Well, they also had her go over Becky clean at the Royal Rumble. I think it's a bit strong to say that Vince isn't a huge fan of her. She's the champion, and there's really no one other than Charlotte, Ronda and Becky who have anything approaching her level of credibility.

I say the only way she loses the title at Wrestlemania is if she ends up facing Charlotte.

Right, and its worth remembering a big reason why she lost at WM34 is that they were planning to do a Carmella cash-in two days later, and probably decided it was better to end the streak in a great match than via that cheap of a way. (Of course WWE in their wisdom then had her job twice to Carmella anyway, but I digress.)

I'm still bummed Ember's hurt, Asuka/Ember at Mania would have been amazing.

I thought from the start it should be Asuka/Flair 2 but at this point it would be next to impossible to do a decent build. It's a shame though, she has this clean win over Becky, something almost no one in the division has been able to say for over a year and they are doing absolutely nothing with it.

I wish WWE did more elimination-style multiperson matches.

Having the individual you want to put over eliminate all of his/her opponents in a 3 or 4 way match would be a great look and a booking well that you could go to every now and then.
