Last year DG dropped the prices on most of their Mill Creek 2 season packs to 3 bucks. Grabbed.. Newsradio seasons 1 2 Just shoot me seasons 1 2 Facts of Life seasons 1 2 Jeff Foxworthy Show complete series 10 Items or Less complete series Wedding Band complete series The last 3 I had never seen. The others I hadn't seen since I was young. But for 3 bucks took a chance. Isn't the Facts Of Life season 1 + 2 one DVD set instead of two?
BTW, The Jeff Foxworthy show was garbage. Not too sure about the rest.

One more... I ordered the DVD set of "Space:1999" and found out for an extra couple of bucks it would come with the complete set of "UFO". Couldn't pass that up and glad I got it.

Buying something you otherwise wouldn't purchase just because it's on sale is a waste of money. How is buying a random $5 movie any different then renting a random $5 movie? Are you telling me you never once took a chance on a movie you never heard of because it had a kickass cover at the rental store? You’ve never bought something that was on sale that you couldn’t justify spending full price on? |

Buying something you otherwise wouldn't purchase just because it's on sale is a waste of money. And a sign that you're hoarder. Not necessarily... if you like the show, you keep it, otherwise, there are places to trade them in, for cash. That's kind of a rude "diagnosis", to the question, imo. |

I once saw the entirety of The Critic on DVD without realizing they had even released it on DVD. I gobbled that shit up faster than you could say "Duke Phillips."

Yesterday I picked up the "Atlas Shrugged" 3pack for $10... I've heard they're bad, I want to see how bad, I just didn't want to spend a lot of money to find out and $10 seems just about right.
