What I mean by that is, the match featuring these 3 women is bigger then them as far as what it can mean for the future of the women possibly main eventing Mania again
People have complained about Ronda being unhinged, Becky not getting a one on one match, Charlotte being added etc... but beyond that I believe all that shit is minuscule compared to what this match could do for the future of the women moving forward.
These Woman HAVE TO DELIVER in this match if this is indeed the main event. Giving Becky the win at the end is the nice cap to that but they have to bring their A game and knock this out the park. I have little doubt that these 3 women will deliver considering their talent as Ronda is green but she's shown flashes of greatness in ring meanwhile Charlotte and Becky chemistry is A1. If they go to their potential this match will be a banger
However, my biggest fear is a dead crowd by the end. This is a long f***ing show and crowd burnout is a thing that could happen. If I was a wrestler, i'd want to be in the first 2 hours because that's when the crowd is at their peak but after sitting 5 and 6 hours this could go left. Match structuring is going to be important

It could be huge. Unfortunately as it goes on, it feels like The Producers.

Hadn't really thought about that, but I agree 100% with the OP.

I think that crowd burnout won’t be that big of an issue, mainly because I think that the fans are going to come up with some creative chants at Ronda.
7 hours or whatever is waaaaaay too long for pretty much anything though.

It's a WrestleMania match and they're reaching hard for spectacle and to get attention beyond the reliable fan base. They want people who don't really watch wrestling to see what happens when the legit fighter who goes off script takes on the fake pro wrestler with her flowing Barbie hair. I see the match quality as being an afterthought.

Ronda is going to lose her nuclear shit when the smarky International crowd in NYC lights her the hell up. And she could ruin it for WWE women for years to come.

I just want to fast forward through the rest of the month and get to the match itself, because I do want to see Becky close out the show with the title and think the match itself will be pretty good. I think the crowd will be into it from the very beginning and supportive of Becky and probably Charlotte. Ronda, not so much lol.
If, for whatever reason, they have questions about Ronda being able to handle the crowd shitting on her (and I think this is all a worked shoot), they could make it elimination rules, have Ronda get eliminated first and then beat them both down before flipping the crowd off and leaving.

I agree. The amount of pressure on the actual match is ridiculous if it goes on last. If they mess up the ending somehow or make a couple of mistakes on the big moves then the "I told you so" people will be out in full force and they won't be getting the chance again. If they succeed then it's great and now they've got the first one out of the way there can be a nice competitive edge to who main events WM from now on and a healthy debate about which story is hotter at the time.
If Ronda does get some Brock/Goldberg level "you're leaving so f*** off/we don't like you for real heat" then it might actually help wake the crowd up from sitting there for 286 hours.

It could be huge. Unfortunately as it goes on, it feels like The Producers. With some creative finagling, you could make more money with a flop than with a hit.

Add on the nerves of the women in general Charlotte is used to big stages, this is Becky ultimate moment, and Ronda is used to fighting in front of big crowds but there will be some nerves to start this match. Could possibly take 5-10 mins for them to get comfortable

Here's what Reigns said this week about the women main eventing WM. They can't allow this feud and the main event be trash because if it is then, yikes. Nah, they've worked hard and long for this to fail. The build is bad but going into WM with this build, say something screws up during the match thank God you've got Charlotte there.
Beyond that, man, Meltzer said two things that really makes me iffy about where this is going. For one he said there's more shenanigans that's going to happen before the triple threat so that's bad. Two, he said the finish depends on when Ronda's last day is. With that said it sounds like yeah, Becky's going to win before Ronda leaves for a bit but also that means if Ronda re-signs? If she stays longer? Becky's losing at WM.
This is just crazy in each and every way. The only thing I'm positive about is that the match itself will at least be good. Thank you Charlotte.

Could possibly take 5-10 mins for them to get comfortable I hope it doesn't take 10 mins to get comfy because I really don't want them to intentionally drag it out too long to try and make it "epic". A hot 15 minutes is obviously way better than some dragged out 25 minute thing (aka HHH style). Last year Ronda had my favourite match but they could have easily shaved 5 minutes off it. Beyond that, man, Meltzer said two things that really makes me iffy about where this is going. For one he said there's more shenanigans that's going to happen before the triple threat so that's bad. If the show flies at a brisk pace and this match goes on like 10:45 then I can see them giving this about 35 mins They are playing with fire tho because that would by far be the longest match Ronda has worked A sweet spot should be a 20 min nicely run match, main events don't need to be 30 mins just because (looking at you NJPW)

I could see them doing the double team on Ronda right at the start to beat her up and take her out of the match for a while which they love doing so much in 3 ways or Rumbles these days. That would get an early pop and save her from wrestling the whole match.

This is what baffles me about the whole thing. I have no doubt that Charlotte and Becky can put on a hell of a match. And until Rousey started phoning it in hard a few months ago, I thought she could certainly add to the match feel instead of being a detriment to it. It would've been easy enough to have a simple, yet engaging and elegant build to the match. And I still think it will be a good, if not great match.
But all this worked shoot crap, suspensions, fake injuries, and the McMahons being the McMahons have made the build to the match needlessly convoluted and outright idiotic. It's certainly tainted what otherwise could've been a feud of the year candidate. Now if anything, the angle is more likely to be Gooker candidate than anything. And it puts a ton of pressure on all three women (well, at least Lynch and Flair) to put on a hell of a match to make people forget about the godawful build.

Calling it now. They're going to stage a Sexy Star incident and feed to every wrestling news entity that Ronda "went off script" and that's gonna be the cover for why she leaves for a bit.
I think they're gonna go all the way with the stupid shit here.
