I don't think Star Wars has done any kind of official crossover with another property in any medium. Not the cartoons, the comics, or the novels. Financially, it probably hasn't been in their interest to do so. That said, it wouldn't surprise me to see a Star Wars/Marvel Universe comic book event at some point, now that both are owned by Disney. Correct. Star Wars doesn't do official crossovers. Not yet, anyway; I fully expect it to happen eventually. The closest they've come to it are things like the old Muppets episode and a very few non-story advertising type deals. I think the "What if" Star Wars comics (I don't remember their actual name, maybe Star Wars Tales?) brushed with at least one crossover (albeit with another Lucasfilm product), Indiana Jones. I mean, it wasn't much beyond Indy finding Han's body in the wreckage of the Falcon (after Chewie is hunted as Bigfoot), but still.

Star Trek takes place in our future while Star War takes place "a long time ago" (in a galaxy far, far away). Plot would need time travel. That's not really saying much when time travel is so common in Star Trek it's practically an average weekend.

Extra-galactic travel is more the issue than time travel, I think. For both universes. Time travel also isn't really a thing in Star Wars unless the EU pulled something out of its butt there in one of the more obscure stories.
Though since Industrial Light & Magic did a lot of the VFX work for Star Trek movies, they do sneak in some Easter Eggs. Like the Millennium Falcon being present at the Battle of Sector 001 in First Contact.

2. I heard they had a crossover comic in 90s where Han Solo met Indiana Jones (both Harrison Ford characters). Indy discovered Han's corpse in the crashed Millennium Falcon while investigating sightings of a Bigfoot.

Aliens from ET species were present in the Senate Hall in Phantom Menace, and in ET on Halloween when they walked past a kid in Yoda mask, ET said "Home". I believe its confirmed that ET is supposed to be from Star Wars universe though. 2. I heard they had a crossover comic in 90s where Han Solo met Indiana Jones (both Harrison Ford characters). Darth Vader was a guest character for the PS3 release of Soul Calibur IV, if that counts as a crossover.

There's also Disney's Infinity 3.0 game which hada couple of playable Star Wars characters.

I'd rather see an Orville/Star Wars crossover than a Star Trek/Wars one at this point. I'd trust Seth MacFarlane respecting both franchises equally over whatever kind of mess that would be made with anyone else at the helm at this point.

If anything, now that they're all owned by Disney the Lucasfilm property I want to see crossover with Marvel is Indiana Jones I seriously see the potential for an Indiana Jones/Captain America mini series set during World War 2
