Yeah, that's the perfect way to do something like this. It leaned enough into reality to have some extra bite to it but literally everything made sense in-universe.

This was a damn good segment. These two are clearly invested in their feud, they're gonna put on a great WM match. That's how you do the damn thing man. If only all feuds had the passion they had out there. That was realism, that was kayfabe, that was dope.
