Comparing this shockwrestling crap to other undeniable wrestlecrap is sorta showing why this sucks though... it's all crap. Point was, I was replying to a post that said "eventually, one has to draw a line somewhere" - that line was drawn three decades ago at the very least. Why not after the Warrior/Shango thing? Or Droz and Drunk Scott Hall as gimmick characters? Or for anyone that wants to say those were before their time, let's go with some of Tommy Dreamer's more notorious puke-related antics while in WWE. Throwing down the gauntlet of taste and decorum in regards to a cheap indy show with a crowd of, like, a hundred...while all of the other stuff was thought up by billion-dollar machines with millions of people watching... And here's the thing - you don't even see her puke. She spits some stuff in the air/to the ground after the incident, but no actual puking to be seen, from two different angles. I dunno man.

That was not the line. That, was awesome. I just don't care much for Priscilla's gimmick of "Gross Woman doing Gross Things". I didn't like it when ODB did it in TNA (minus the bodily fluids), and I certainly don't like it now. So what you're saying is the only thing that's making it gross and not awesome is that it was a woman? Because that's how it's sounding. Guy pukes on-screen: Awesome Woman pretends to puke in front of a small crowd: Gross.

It'll lead to a blindfold match with a lot of "hilarious" groping and I totally see this being a thing actually. I’d watch that if they had someone on the PA system during the match and they’re armed with several comedy sound effects. Like a honking noise when tits are grabbed, a slide whistle for the inevitable finger in the hole and the General Lee horn from the Dukes of Hazzard when someone touches a willy. Then after the match Yakety Sax plays and the women wrestlers come out scantily clad and the male roster comes out and chases them around the arena. I want it to play out the opposite like that Monty Python skit from whichever movie with the dudes running from the ladies to their "death".

It's just that when you used the clip of Ultimate Warrior puking during the hilariously awful feud with Papa Shango, I was pointing out how I liked it because of how stupid that was given how bad that feud was, because I was looking forward to seeing that played out finally when it was uploaded to the WWE Network, which you can look up my posting history to verify. The problem I have with this is that I don't care for the gimmicks both Ryan & Priscilla work, where Priscilla's gimmick is "She's gross" and Ryan's gimmick is "Everyone MUST touch his dick". I had a problem when Priscilla did the fake tampon spot that started it all.

I'm really not seeing the issue here. Do I want to see it? Not one for grossout, no, but I really don't think this Priscilla Kelly stuff is really crossing any lines and it clearly has an audience.

I hate to come off as a snob, but... eventually, one has to draw a line somewhere. You really don’t see the difference that she did it on a guys junk? And I won’t even open the can of worms that is intergender wrestling.

We've had previous penis-based gimmicks and angles (Meat, Val Venis, the Johnsons). We've had other unpleasant body parts being used as weapons (Rikishi, Nasty Boys' pit city or whatever it was called). We've had angles built around defecation. Many, many, many angles built around it. So, with all that said... Why was this one the one where you drew the line? I'm not attempting or wanting to accuse you of anything. I'm honestly not. I am, however, having trouble understanding any difference in the beyond just who was involved.

Yeah no thanks.
I’m kinda against the whole viral video the wrestler gimmick anyway so I’m good.

You did just see the gifs I posted where Warrior puked (gimmick puke, but puke) onto another man's face and mouth/eyes areas? I *do* see the difference. The Kelly/Ryan bit was safe, gimmicked and - even if it was real - after the match, he goes and washes it off. The Warrior bit could have proved disastrous for the "medic" health-wise for a variety of reasons.

I think I’m getting close to being able to say “I’ve done heard it all” and this was definitely a contribution to that. Why are you ignoring all the drool and slobber hanging out of her mouth and saying it was just implied puking?

They just seem to be getting lazy at this point. Then again I'm not much a fan of vomiting in wrestling, just too weak a stomach for it I guess. That blindfold match sounds delightful however.

I am, however, having trouble understanding any difference in the beyond just who was involved. I honestly don't like most of the stuff you mentioned. A lot of those gimmicks you mentioned were either very stupid or clearly had short shelf lifes (which was why I liked Val Venis's non-porn star stuff in his WWE run, like the techno heel run & Chief Morley), the bodily function finishers are gross (the finisher was called Pitty City, and also don't forget about Chloe, Torrie Wilson's dog), and nothing is dumber than using feces as your story arc (that's what set up Big Show winning the US Championship in 2003; he was given the poops one night, and later was showered with caca). Believe it or not, if you actually spoke to me a bit more about my preferences in wrestling, I may actually come off a bit more towards the Jim Cornette school of logic, even if Cornette at times says stuff I don't agree with. It's just that, whenever I see stuff like this, I just shake my head in disapproval. For some, this looks awesome, especially in the indies where antics help you stand out in a sea of hundreds, but given how I didn't like it when WWE or other major companies did it (aside from Warrior/Shango, which I liked due to how awful the feud was in both progression and payoff), I personally can't logically fathom the reasoning for it. Naturally, I'm just one random schmo on the internet with an opinion, and my taste on wrestling skews in a certain way, but this is sorta how my brain processes it.

Wrestling is a world where someone can expel a poisonous mist out of their mouth into someone's vagina and cause them to get pregnant with an egg that hatches a sumo wrestler. As much as I wouldn't necessarily seek it out, I'm finding it really hard to be phased by this just because someone fake vomited this time? Um... what?!

Muta (yes, that Muta) got a lady pregnant with a demon baby in HUSTLE, a comedy/story promotion. Tajiri was involved too if I remember right.

Frankly, I need Priscilla to go ahead and have an intergender match with Buxx Belmar that leads to an amazing tag team at this point.

I called it a work, I said you don't actually see her puke. Yeah, she has drool and spittle after the bit. But where's the actual vomit? We see the bit from two different angles, and there's no actual vomit to be seen. Notice that she keeps her mouth closed the entire time beforehand. Either she's building up saliva/drool for the bit, or she secretly got hold of something to drink prior to the part of the video we're seeing. The entire bit is gimmicked, and and whatever she had in her mouth wasn't enough to actually make the "puke" happen, if that's what they even had planned.
