Sting/Jarrett is still one of my favourite TNA matches ever.
I haven't seen all of them but can only assume the Kennedy one was the worst.

I recall liking Hardy/Aries and Styles/Bully.

Aries and Impact had a good match despite the BS

AJ Styles vs. Bully Ray was a good match on an otherwise god-awful show that about killed my desire to see TNA succeed in any capacity (AJ Styles himself leaving was the final blow).

Sting/AJ was the best I can remember watching, and Impact/Drake was awful (not from a match standpoint because that was great, but the fact they ended their WrestleMania equivalent with a non finish because some guy fresh off an abuse suspension interfered for no explained reason, after already cutting an uncomfortable promo earlier in the show WHILE HIGH ON COKE, just sucks.

Best AJ-Sting or Sting-Jarrett because it was the culmination of a year long angle.
Worst? Muta against James Storm In a tag was embarrassing , but I gotta give it to Aries against Johnny Impact because of the finish.

Aries and Impact had a good match despite the BS Yeah but the BS ruined the show, and every show matters for a rebuilding company. This could’ve made Johnny Impact but he stood there looking like a fool when Aries just walked out and no sold the finish.

You might be right, simply because the whole thing was one big angle to turn Hulk Hogan heel and form Immortal, with the hook of the match being which guy will turn. The match itself was one big nothing.

Going off the match specifically, everything before, around, and after it is ass

Amazed at the lack of hate for Roode / Angle thus far. Short, garbage match that was basically booked as poorly as it possibly could have been.
Edit: Wait, Wikipedia says this match ran 14 minutes. Did they just stall a bunch or what? I swear I remember it being half that. Granted 14 minutes is still pretty damn short for the biggest show of the year.

Drake vs Johnny, mostly because BFG2017 was truly garbage.

Sting vs. Jarrett at BFG 2006 was one of my favorite main events, especially with Sting having a combination of his Crow/old Surfer gear. Too bad he went back to his old look a month or two after the show.

I attended BFG 2009 and 2013. Sting v AJ was good with a very emotional post match speech that would have been a perfect send off, from TNA at least. Why Sting continued to tarnish his legacy for 4 plus additional years in TNA is sad. I don't remember anything about AJ v Bubba except AJ running in the crowd after.
Honorable mention to Sting v Angle in 2007.

I watched it with a few buddies and all of our reaction was a collective, LOLWUT?!

I've seen them all and the only ones that really seem memorable are Jarrett vs Rhino, AJ Styles vs Sting, and Johnny Impact vs Austin Aries ( and that last one is mostly because it just happened it seems like.

Kurt could barely move, I think, because of a torn hamstring. Then he goes over Roode, which just made Roode look like a clown after all the time they'd put putting him over in the BFG Series.

Don't forget about the equally horrible follow up of James Storm basically squashing Angle on the next episode of Impact to win the title. Then, Roode turning on Storm the week after that. Basically hot-shoting about 2 to 3 months worth of TV.

Wasn’t that the same BFG as Sting/Hogan where Hogan couldn’t take just about any bumps? That was an awful event.
