The Power Rangers comic - Make that timeline its own thing. Lord Drakkon on the screen would be dope
Afterlife With Archie - They got Riverdale and can technically do it there plus Sabrina on Netflix as well
Crossed - It's going to be toned down a bit but that would f*** people up seeing that as a movie

The GL animated series awhile back was really good. Even though it was Hal-focused, it did feature other GL's.
And if you want a Jessica Cruz show, she's in the new DC Super Hero Girls show as a main character. It's a really cute and fun show with Wonder Woman, Cruz!Green Lantern, Batgirl, Supergirl, Bumblebee, and Zatanna as the mains. Has a great voice cast and Lauren Faust (best known for creating My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, is the showrunner and M.A. Larson (also known for MLP:FIM) is one of the head writers.

A little off topic but did anyone else see that pilot episode of "Global Frequency"? It may still be up on YouTube. That would have been a great series adaptation years ago... but not now. The main thing of the book was that the characters had access to each other with incredibly powerful handheld computers... talk about being 10 minutes ahead of your time...

G.I. Combat - The Haunted Tank (the tv series)
A weekly series about a WWII tank crew whose commander gets advice from the ghost of his ancestor, Confederate General J.E.B. Stuart. I used to love that series when I was a kid. Granted, you couldn’t have the tank flying the Confederate flag but the rest could stay much the same.

DC's Deadman could work as a stand-alone series... a ghost who helps solve crimes by possessing those in the area.
Possession is nine-tenths of the law, y'know...

I can't believe Gaiman's Sandman has been in developmental hell for almost thirty years. People have worked on it, and gotten close, but it always falls apart. Haven’t they been trying to do a movie based on “The High Cost of Living” for the longest time too? Because Gaiman’s Death is one of my favorite comic characters and I’d fight somebody to see a movie version of her.

Wow there is so many
Elfquest-It's almost happened. A Distant Soil-Not sure if Collen Doran has ever finished this series. Grimjack-With the main city they could cover every genres. American Flagg-Chaykins best comic. Would make a great 3 season show. Hack/Slash-Live action or animated, this would be a fun weekly horror show. Black Hole-1 or 2 seasons,animated.... more people need to read/see this Burns classic.

A lot of the ones I'd have mentioned have already been mentioned, so I'll go with an obvious one and a less obvious one.
Saga - How this hasn't been adapted into a Netflix style series is amazing to me. Heck, you could even Star Wars it and make it into a big budget franchise.
Question - I know The Batman and Warner & DC always being gun shy about any IP that isn't Batman or Superman are the big reasons why, but the fact they've never even attempted a Question series of any kind is bizarre to me, especially after he became the runaway fan favorite of the Justice League cartoon by a wide margin. I think either cartoon or live action, it would be very cheap to make a series revolving around him. Even moreso if you lean into the noir and pulp aspects of his comic runs.
And one that used to be up there with Saga in "How hasn't this been adapted?" but I feel like over time has kind of been forgotten...
Y: The Last Man - During the 2000's craze of trying to snatch up every graphic novel with name value and adapt it into a movie I know it was talked about, I swear it even had a crew and some of the cast on board (I recall rumors of Shia of all people playing the lead), but somewhere along the way it did what Sandman adaptations do and fell apart. It's still really puzzling to me there's never been a movie, a series, a mini-series, nothing. I think in the right hands it could be hugely successful too. Personally I'd go the Netflix series style route with it too.
And one that just came to me as I was typing this post.
Bone - Again, I'm surprised this one never got one, especially during that 2000's period. It seems ready made to make into either a series of animated films or an animated series.

Gotham Central appears perfect for a prestige TV adaptation, but after "Gotham," I don't trust it.
X-Statix was very much a product of the aughts, but man, the same kind of satire is just begging to be done again. A bunch of Instagram superheroes? Dude.

I would love to see a Danger Girl movie or TV show. I know many people would dismiss as a Charlie's Angels knock-off, but I would watch it. I also remember hearing about script being made for a Painkiller Jane movie, and I mean an actual movie. I would also like another TV show of it, but this time it would have more in common with the comics, not how the TV show was back in 2007. a grown up winx club then ..... a VERY grown up winx club then and we've have a WITCHBLADE adaption, why not FATHOM ..... considering aquaman's success? I don't know what Danger Girl has in common with Winx Club, except that it's a team of women, except Danger Girl consists of female spies.

We Stand On Guard - either movie (for the series itself) or a series (if they're feeling ambitious and want to explore the Canada/US future war more in-depth than the six issues)

Wikipedia has something that they had writers, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt attached, but again...it all fell apart a few years ago. Gaiman's also of the mindset that he'd rather nothing happen instead of something bad or stupid happening.

i'm torn, i want an Atomic Robo movie but at the same time i feel that a tv series might work better. like every season we get a different take on his story (like one season we see Robo in a pulp era, another season in WW II, another season in one of his science fiction stories). but dammit, most of all i want Dr. Dinosaur

I'll second the mentions of Y: The Last Man, Ex Machina, and Saga. Brian K. Vaughan is just so good at what he does. I'd love for him to help develop the shows, too, as he has TV experience.
Another one that I'd love to see is Gideon Falls. It's still early in its run (which I'm hoping is a very long one), but I think it has all the things needed to make a fun TV show.
Even though it was only six issues, I thought Bedlam was an awesome story. I wouldn't mind the idea being used on TV. Of course, I just want to see more of the story...in any way, shape, or form.

Agree on both of those. And really surprised someone hasn’t snagged movie rights on Bone. You’d think that would be a license to print money as either a movie series, or a Netflix tv series
