Simple question, who is or are the most obscure guys to get a theme made by WWE (whether it be composed by Jimmy Hart, Johnston or CFOS) rather than just a stock theme?
I'd have to go for either Kona Reeves or Tino Sabatelli. Complete goobers but both with CFOS rap songs.
I can't think of anyone from the Jim Johnston era who'd fall into this but someone else might be able to. Conway, perhaps?

For the Jim Johnston era how about Sylvester Terkay? Could’ve totally just slapped a production theme on him or recycled the Brawl For All theme or something, but no. Got a totally new piece wrote for him that some themers are still hoping to make it onto an Uncaged album all these years later.

What about Tyson Dux? Was he ever signed or just a popular jobber to hire? Either way he had a Johnston theme.

Did the dude that beat up Rosa Mendes get a theme, because he was a useless POS.

They wasted a decent theme on Elijah Burke.
Also, until now, I thought when it said "and 67 more liked this", the post was just really popular.

Blue Pants. She wasn't even signed. Same for the merch deal. She should have been signed she's awesome. As for her theme that was probably one of the most cheapest themes WWE ever recorded

Sting.
Hear me out. He came in long after his full time days, so he was literally just here for a nostalgia run and one or two matches. Why then try to rebrand him like some new guy coming in rather than just use his WCW Crow theme WHICH THEY OWN? They wasted money and time making him a new theme that no one would pop for rather than just use what was already there. They obviously learned their lesson, because Goldberg had his classic theme in his nostalgia run.

Sting's WCW theme was iconic. The generic one WWE slapped on him was barely listenable.

Totally unfitting, the only thing ‘Sting’ about it was the crows at the start.

I would bet that in the case of someone like Kona, CFO$ had been sitting on the backing track for ages, and just had the lyrics added once it was decided who'd be getting that theme.

It took him coming back to get his original WCW theme back for the first time since barely a month after his 2003 debut.

There's some story about her allegedly getting drunk in an airport around some higher ups and bragging that she was selling more merch than the actually signed NXT women that people like to bring up whenever this question gets asked, but Leva herself says that's bullshit, and it wouldn't explain why she was brought back one final time 3 months after that to job to Nia Jax, which was the one time she ever used the CFO$ theme instead of the recording of Cass singing the Price Is Right theme
