Undertaker/Shane just started and even though I disliked the story line leading up to it, I don't think the match itself is that bad. Is any one else watching this right now and what do you remember about this storyline/match?

One of the most boring matches I've ever seen to be honest.

If you take a shot every time the commentators use the word "legacy" you would be drunk in five minutes.

Longest night of my life as a wrestling fan.
The length probably would be less of a problem if it wasn’t for the fact that, outside Shane and Undertaker sucking the air from the arena in exhaustion, EVERY BABYFACE LOST all in the hope Roman winning would get them to react to him positively.
Spoilers: They didn’t.

Crap storyline, crap match. Crap WM overall when I think about it. Brock/Ambrose, Taker/Shane and HHH/Reigns were all complete duds and the best match of the night IMO, the women's triple threat, had a result that annoyed a lot of people here.

And to think we almost had Cena vs Taker which could of been a proper retirement for Taker

Also this match could have benefited from a couple of run ins to at least kayfabe explain shane getting a gm spot despite losing his match.

This Mania was a triple threat of awful. First, it was a long show that gradually chipped away at the energy of the crowd and viewers at home (compare this to a more concise card like WMX7 or XXIII and you see how lousy time management’s gotten). Second, the constant heel wins up and down the card which further brought everybody’s spirits down. And most damning of all… none of it mattered:
-AJ lost his big Wrestlemania debut and became No. 1 contender the next night. -Ryder had this great moment in the sun and lost the belt to Miz in 24 hours. -Shane was defeated in his quest to get control of part of WWE and not only ran Raw several times, but is now in control of his own show with Vince’s permission. -Ambrose was ground into dust and became WWE champ months later. –League of Nations beat the Tag Champs, only to soon kick out Barrett and disband entirely shortly after that. -Corbin achieved this huge victory and then did nothing for 6 months. -Roman had his big coming out party via defeating the Authority and becoming WWE champion, and by Summerslam had lost the belt, and was probably even less popular to fans. Oh and HHH then come back and screwed over a babyface to do what’s best for business.
So you have a ridiculously long event that shows your heroes losing and is ultimately pointless for anything remotely important.

And now I'm sad because if we have gotten cena/taker at wm 32 it would have been more thought out with a better storyline, video package and match instead of what we got last year.

Also here is the beginning of what appears to be Shane quest to die in front of his children.

You can hear a faint "please don't die" chant

Also I still don't care that the table was reinforced. First off his body smacked hard against the table and you could hear it. I'm sure it didn't feel good. Also from the height he jumped it would have been very easy to miss the table completely.

Also how many times at wrestlemania have we gotten variations of the "i'm sorry, I love you spot"?

This show is one of my answers whenever people say WM9 is the worst Mania. It’s the largest ever attendance the company has had and they give them one of their worst ever shows. I know they got unlucky with injuries around the time but even so, what they did have was mostly shite.

Now three years later, they have a chance to make good on the mistakes of WM 32 (Brock in a match against a Shield member where people want him to lose, Becky & Charlotte in a triple threat in a match where Becky is all but guaranteed to win).
