What would have been Bray Wyatt's match that year if he would have been cleared to do a full match?

I went to this Wrestlemania. I had an excellent view of the concession stand during this match.

One of my favorite Stephanie Mcmahon moments happens later in this match. Happy thoughts.

Crap storyline, crap match. Crap WM overall when I think about it. Brock/Ambrose, Taker/Shane and HHH/Reigns were all complete duds and the best match of the night IMO, the women's triple threat, had a result that annoyed a lot of people here. At least the 2nd best motn had a feel good ending, with Ryder winning...even if it ended up not mattering the next night.

–League of Nations beat the Tag Champs, only to soon kick out Barrett and disband entirely shortly after that. This annoyed me way more than it should have. Like, it wasn't even that the LoN beat the New Day, which in itself was dumb when they lost the next night, but Barrett was the one to help them WIN at WrestleMania. So now HE'S the weak link. Assholes, he was the one to GET you that tag title shot the next night! Have New Day win because Barrett hit the wrong guy, Barrett screw up again for the tag titles because they lobbied somehow and THEN kick him out. It was the "Emma gets 75% of the offense against a debuting Asuka and then gets fired the next day" of its time.

Oh, I will say now that I remember it, Ryder winning the ladder match was the hardest I've ever marked in a while at that point.
I didn't even care that he lost the next day.

The most WTF announcement, I was in class when Shane returned and I was just like when they were like "Shane McMahon is back! And he's facing the Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match at Wrestlemania! And it's for like a lockbox of McMahon family secrets! And if Undertaker loses he's retired because he's fighting for Vince for some reason!"

The funny thing is that Zack winning was extremely foreshadowed, as they pushed the idea that he never heard his entrance music in a Mania arena very hard going into the show. But because it was Zack Ryder, everyone overlooked it.

I actually liked the story line for Shane vs Taker. Shane being back was huge at the time and it felt like there were real stakes to the match. Of course the match went too long and the outcome was rendered meaningless the next night.

I’m shocked. 😉 That said, without the women’s three-way being the success it was, there’s a strong chance we wouldn’t be seeing a women’s main event in a week.

Everyone sleeps on the Becky/Charlotte/Sasha triple threat. Sure, it has a downer ending, but it was the most electric and, well, 'rasslin match of the night.

The match was fun to watch for the absurdity of it. Every time Shane's wrestled since his comeback, it's felt like a video game character that's overachieving because he's being played by the best player. Like a real life version of if you played story mode in No Mercy as Pat Patterson.
