WWE has a big problem from starting from the Cena/HHH reign of terrors. They didn't build many new stars and a lot of other top guys retired Early or just left the business.
Im getting lazy so Basically no ones gonna get over by beating Dolph Ziggler

Nobody's going to be an actual draw as long as the "nobody can get bigger than the brand!" edict is in effect.

You have two stars in Batista and Triple H who should be wrestling and putting over others at WrestleMania instead of going up against each other in my opinion.

Triple H has ostensibly been doing that, to mixed results, for most of the last few years at WrestleMania when he hasn't been tied up with other legends. Daniel Bryan beat him clean as a whistle, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins both beat him somewhat clean (they didn't cheat, but they capitalised on Stephanie blowing her interference) and he sold a whupping to Ronda Rousey. Batista spent his last run on PPV either putting over Bryan or putting over The Shield.

The problem is not having anyone in their late 30s or early 40s to put anyone over. HHH and Batista are two 50 year old men that shouldn't even be wrestling at this point. In some ways this is WWE cutting ties with OVW and it came home to roost because for several years the developmental system didn't produce the way it did from 2000-05. Thus, now when they have a new star up from NXT there's no veterans of use that came up from 2007-12 to put those guys over.

I gotta disagree with Batista a big star in Hollywood not wrestling even the matches will probably be crappy. I hate triple h so I don't care what happens to him rather we him and stephanie fired or demoted to be honest. But agree with everything else you said, wrote it better then I did

Well, you see, there was this guy, who got way over, but then it was decided he had to tag with a child and feud with a TV show segment.

I think Orton is that guy now, and AJ will also soon be that guy since he’s past 40. Cena I’m pretty sure is done

With Cena gone, the only real superstar they have anymore is Brock.
I don't think I've ever seen the company this devoid of superstar power before. Periods of financial success in WWE have been built on bringing in casuals, and unfortunately I don't think anyone has the star power to do that right now--though it's not entirely the fault of the wrestlers themselves. For many it's hard to see what they're truly capable of when they're constrained so much, especially with what they say on screen.

The whole of the mid-late '00s is to blame for this hell. Not only because of the Cena-centric booking that saw anyone not in those positions struggling for relevance or having their momentum stuffed with no follow-up, but because the hiring practices of the time were abysmal and they brought up a ton of people with such mercurial intentions that even if they didn't utterly shit the bed on their debut they were shortly thereafter gone anyway. But even that is all only one piece of the problem; WWE could have spent these past five years as an era of rebuilding where they make stars and build guys up, but the booking has failed almost everyone on the roster. Either they're presented poorly and never catch on because the bad writing fails to show their strengths and book them properly, or they kill off someone's overness just because it wasn't planned. This is just the cycle now.
