The Raw side of the build up might not have been the best, but the smackdown side killed it. I feel like AJ/Orton, Joe/Rey, the woman’s triple threat, Kofi/Bryan, and yes even Rollins/Brock will be some bangers. Shane vs Miz will be a fun brawl. There are gonna be some feel good moments, even if all of Rollins/Kofi/Becky don’t win. Roman’s return from cancer and Angle, Batista and maybe even HHH’s final matches. They have a lot going on this mania if you think about it and I feel at the worst it will be a 7 out of 10 show

Ill agree. Theres enough potential on the card in terms of "matches that will deliver", "twists and turns" and "feel good Wrestlemania Moments" for them to have a great show. Just hope it works out.

It definitely has the potential for a lot of feel good moments for once that's for sure. If they can just resist their heat obsession it could be really good.

It has loads of potentially great matches. Some of them will inevitably suffer to give others time.

Aside from Lesnar,Batista, and Triple H wrestling this looks like any Raw card. On paper this Mania is down there with IX and XI. Stay woke and don’t let them fool you into thinking this butt cheek card is nice.

If they’d trim the fat down to maybe an 8–10 match card, yeah.

If they’d trim the fat down to maybe an 8–10 match card, yeah. That's what I was thinking. It has the potential to be a Mania 31, where you're not that hyped for it but it pulls off a decent show in the end....but the sheer length of it will make it impossible to come out of with a "YEAH WRESTLEMANIA!!" feeling. It'll end up being "Phew, made it. Time for bed."

Kicker is the women’s main event, which feels organic, which really is a significant achievement for the company and their talent, which is likely to be a great match, is going to be somewhat asterisked by being the main event of the longest Wrestlemania ever and a shit crowd reaction because staying hype for that long is just inhuman.

Nearly every match outcome feels predictable. An eight hour show is going to be insanely painful to sit through. I feel it’s only a matter of time before the crowd turns on it. I feel bad for the women main eventing. There’s a lot of pressure on them to deliver and having to perform in front of a crowd that’s been sitting through the time it takes to sit through two and half Raw shows is a pretty monumental task. Three or four hours is more than enough time for a wrestling show. Just because you’re on the network and can go as long as you want doesn’t mean you should.

You really consider matches like AJ vs Orton, joe vs rey and the woman’s triple threat raw style matches? Sure AJ vs orton happened on tv once but that was still a mania contender match

Joe vs Rey has no build and literally could be a random Smackdown match Teddy Long books at the beginning of the show

It SHOULD end up being the most "feel good" WM of all time if the right people (Becky, Kofi, Seth and I'll even throw Finn in) win.

I’m gonna be that guy.
I don’t see Mania this year being any good.
Kofi... never been a big fan of his personally. I’d go as far to say that I hope Bryan retains. I just don’t see Kofi as a main eventer and never have.
Lesnar/Seth... couldn’t care less. I want Seth to win purely because I want a world title on Raw for once.
Roman/Drew... yawn.
Corbin/Angle... snore.
Usos/Bar/Rusemura/Ricoblack... couldn’t care less.
Becky/Ronda/Charlotte.. initially I was PUMPED... until they added Charlotte and the SD women’s title. And turned Rousey heel. They couldn’t have f***ed this story up any harder if they tried.
Batista/HHH... why should I care? This match is literally designed for HHH to stroke his ego and get his win back from 14 years ago. Miss me with that shit.
Both Battle Royals don’t matter. ___________________________________
Wow I managed to shit on the entire show. Why am I watching again?
Alright, I’ll be a little bit optimistic. It’s Wrestlemania. I’m gonna watch it and look forward to it regardless.

my only concern is the length of the show Same. They need to have the right match order and pacing.

All I can want out of WWE right now is just a good show. Any higher expectation might be a bit too much for them. Not every match needs to deliver above and beyond my expectations to be a heavily emotional rush. I don't need to come out of it a changed man. I just need a show where sitting in my friend's basement we're enjoying ourselves watching it instead of shitting on it. There's enough in place that it can definitely be a good show, it just needs to be allowed to be good and not be hamstrung by confrontationally bad ideas or "Ha ha f*** you" booking.

If you've already determined it to be bad show it probably will be.

If you've already determined it to be bad show it probably will be. I remember everyone going into mania 31 expecting it to suck, but after the show took place it was one of the well recieved ones. I’m guessing it’s mainly because of Seth’s cash in that nobody really expected
