In hindsight you really don't have a feud like those two did last year unless you got two really good friends. That was a mutually beneficial thing and they both pushed each other to their limits. It's this special unique vibe when you got two really close friends playing heated rivals.

I don't know how it's possible, but I'm becoming a bigger and bigger fan of Charlotte almost every damn day.

As Charlotte said in another interview, Becky is her person, and she loves her like a sister. One of the reasons I've struggled to get too worked up about Charlotte being inserted into the main event was that she surely wanted to put Becky over as big as possible. And even though she talked in awe about how good a person Becky is, to have genuinely wanted to see Charlotte succeed, I'm sure that Charlotte took as much joy from this Wrestlemania as she did from Wrestlemania 32.
The great thing about this is, the whole angle has given Charlotte a new lease of life as well. Her heel work now is the best of her career, and she seems utterly comfortable in this entitled queen role, when there was just something missing from it, last time.
And this is why the WWE has something truly special, with these two. This rivalry is one that should intertwine through their entire careers, just like with Rock and Austin. They don't need to be fighting all the time, they can have separate stories and perhaps even be onscreen friends again at times, but the two of them at each other's throats will always be there.

I don't know how it's possible, but I'm becoming a bigger and bigger fan of Charlotte almost every damn day. For all the grief she gets over her on-screen booking/selling/promos, Charlotte seems like an incredibly nice person in real life. Just read in the Sasha Banks thread about how she used to protect Alexa from anyone trying to bully her in NXT for not having an "indy background". Half her Twitter account is pictures of her hugging younger fans at house shows. She had that classy message for Asuka after the Smackdown debacle. Just seems like a truly nice woman.

It's why, as one sided as it was, I think their feud last summer (hiccups and all) will go down as one of the best ever in WWE. Not Bret vs. Austin or anything, but talk about two performers elevating a championship and bringing out the best in each other.

It's this special unique vibe when you got two really close friends playing heated rivals. I've noticed that for as much love she gives Becky and Asuka, they brutalize each other. Then again some of the best feuds either have real love/respect(Flair/Steamboat, Bret/Owen or Perfect, Midnights/RnR) or real heat(HBK/Bret, Savage/Hogan, Taz/Sabu) involved.

Man, Cathy Kelley was ugly crying, watching Charlotte's entrance at Wrestlemania, because she was so happy and proud of what she and Becky were achieving. The warmth and wholesomeness of the WWE these days (for the most part) is really nice to see. They're so supportive of one another.

In a sense, you can't have the kind of heated feud that Charlotte and Becky had following Summerslam last year without a sense of trust in the other. This shocks me in no way whatsoever, and I'm sure after they got backstage at Mania, they had their moment together.

I'm not crying, you're crying. Between Becky and Charlotte, and Roman, Dean, and Seth, I'm here for all these wholesome friendships.
