Paul Wight / Big Show / The Giant - Don't let him wrestle a full match for about a year and a half. Build up an aura around him as this massive guy who hits one move. A typical match for him is opponent throws everything at him, he no-sells, Chokeslam, done. Meanwhile, he's training before and after shows with guys like Dreamer, Taz, Sabu, Guido and the like. Eventually, you can have him start doing more and then bring in another monster like King Kong Bundy or Bam Bam and let them go at it in a real barnburner.
Jeff Jarrett - Make him Steve Corino a few years early. He openly rebels against the hardcore style and takes on Bill Alfonzo as a manager. He could have developed mega-heat that way and been a natural fit against a Dreamer or a Balls.
HHH / Terra Ryzing and Steve Regal - I think the best way to utilize them is as a tag team at the beginning. ECW never had a high-profile tag team breakup angle, aside from Ian and Axl Rotten. And neither guy went on to be a big name afterwards, either. But if Regal and Ryzing had been a team for around two years, won the titles a few times, then split up, you'd have a money feud, easily. Ryzing can develop working with a seasoned pro and when it's over, you'd have two super-over upper midcard/main event players.
Dustin Runnels - He never would have become Goldust if he didn't go to WWF. So you'd have to build up his name as a second-generation competitor, maybe even pair him up with Jarrett as a pair of guys looking to eliminate hardcore wrestling and bring back the traditional grappling style from their fathers' heyday.
Ahmed Johnson - ...I have no idea lol
Scott Hall and Kevin Nash (I know Hall did a few appearances) - Well, if they went to ECW instead of WCW, it wouldn't have happened. They weren't leaving WWF unless it was for a Turner contract. But for the sake of fantasy booking, lets say they got fired after Hall failed the drug test and they get Nash on something too. Bischoff suddenly decides he doesn't want them, so they go work for Heyman. I'd just make that their gimmick, they f***ed up and cost themselves jobs with both major companies. So they decide to take out their aggression on ECW and force the promotion to shut down. They go right after the mainstays, like 911(good way to write him out after the falling out with Heyman), The Gangstas, JT Smith, The Dudleys(again, a good way to write out some of the original Dudleys who were gone by mid-1996) and guys like that. The top faces(Dreamer, Sandman, Sabu) are forced to align with the top heels(Raven, Taz) to fight off these two assholes who are trying to take away their livelihood out of pure spite. You could bring in Waltman to work with them, too, get some six man tags in. I'm also envisioning a promo where they drive up to the ECW Arena in a bulldozer and threaten to knock the place down, only for Dreamer and Raven to come out and fight them. These guys are such a threat, they got Raven and Dreamer, of all people, to put aside their differences. After that, they're made for as long as they stay before one of the Big Two forgive them and take them back.
