Results
{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}- Bully Ray out to a chorus of boos and yells at Colt Cabana, Ian Riccaboni and the fans. Bully orders referee Todd Sinclair out of the ring and berates him for screwing him at "Final Battle 2018" by declaring Flip Gordon the winner even though he "never gave up", and screwing him at "G1 Supercard" by "allowing three guys to pin him at once", and called him the worst referee in wrestling. Bully says he wants to get this crap over with so he can leave Portland and go back to New York and issues an open challenge to anyone in the back. Tracy Williams comes out with a trash can full of weapons, and says since Bully won't do what all the wrestlers and fans want him to do and go home, he accepts, but challenges Bully to make it a No Disqualification match. Bully hits a low blow and agrees.
1. Tracy Williams beat Bully Ray in a No Disqualification match. finish saw Williams catch Bully in a crucifix pin for a quick three count. post match Bully attacked Williams and the referee. Mark Haskins ran out to try to make the save, but Bully ended up powerbombing through a table. Haskins had to be helped to the back.

The Bouncers (Beer City Bruiser & Brian Milonas) beat the Varos Twins (Chris & Patrick Varos), Silas Young & Shane Taylor, Dalton Castle & RUSH, Coast 2 Coast (LSG & Shaheem Ali) and The Kingdom (Vinny Marseglia & TK O'Ryan) in a Tag Team Gauntlet match to earn a shot at the ROH World Tag Team Championship. The Bouncers will challenge for the titles at "Manhattan Mayhem VIII"
- Young & Taylor beat the Varos Twins. Silas (while smoking a cigarette) made both Varos brothers submit to a double abdominal stretch
- Dalton & RUSH beat Young & Taylor. initial hostility between RUSH and Dalton; RUSH went to finish off Taylor with the Bull's Horns, but Castle cut him off by tagging himself it. as the match went on they eventually ended up working together, accidentally creating a deadlift German Suplex/running knee combo.

Lethal said cheating and using chairs isn't how ROH used to do things, and they need to get back to how they were, and if Briscoe wants it explained to him more clearly: man up. Briscoe drops the chair. shortly thereafter Briscoe got cut open right under his eyelid. as Lethal went up for Hail to the King, Kenny King wandered down to ringside "to get a better view", distracting Lethal and Briscoe to get the boot up when he went for it. Briscoe hit the Jay-Driller but Lethal kicked out at two. King grabbed a chair and slid it to Briscoe, and Briscoe thought about using it, before deciding against it and throwing the chair down at King. the distraction allowed Lethal to recover and hit a Lethal Injection for the win. post match Briscoe shook Lethal's hand.
