I’ll go with Foley. From Mason the Mutilator in chainmail to Mankind. Foley got all Vince’s stuff out and all his in while still keeping Vince’s idea. I can't fully agree with that one. Most of the gimmicks that start in WWE/WWF weren't 100% thrust on the workers without input. Vince still made him change his gimmick from what he had before he came in, and at the end of the day, what we ended up with had its core in the concept that was present to Foley, which he adjusted.
