Just catching up on last night, refs screwing up in Rey v Joe, Miz v Shane and Becky v Lacey thus far...
It's happening so often and being pointed out, it's better built than most of the storylines.
What was going on with them?

I'm curious if they see people bitching about the refs even more than normal in the NBA right now and think "We need more shitty ref stuff!"

Meltzer seems to think that it's a storyline, Alvarez didn't think so.
Not really sure myself, seems like all the refs were just really sloppy.

WWE is becoming more like classic TNA and one of the things it was missing was that every finish be fumbled and f***ed with to startling degrees by people being out of place, botched moves, and ref f***-ups.

I even pointed it out in my review of MITB.
How many times have we seen in recent memory the refs count the three when the person's shoulders aren't even on the mat?!
It's getting irritating to say the least.

I wanted Lacey to beat Becky for the title so when she rolled her up, and the red didnt count, I straight started telling at the TV lol.
"WTF?!?!? COUNT THE PIN REF YOU PIECE OF CRAP!!!"
I woke up my nephew who was napping in the bassinet haha. He was crying so I told my twin brother, who is the father, that his son was crying because the red screwed over Lacey lol

That one guy with the terrible tan is well...terrible. Didn’t he screw up Wrestlemania too?
It’s weird because if it were some angle the WWE would’ve pulled the trigger by now. And they don’t do anything subtly over a long period.
If they were legit botches dude would have been fired by now. And commentary wouldn’t have mentioned it as much.
