The Jets have signed Frank Gore to a 1-year deal. Gore is a crazy story. Huge time recruit in HS, averaged 9 yards a carry as a freshman on the best collegiate team of all time, tore his ACL giving way to Willis McGahee's breakout only to tear his ACL again after that. Came into the league as mostly an afterthought, with teams thinking he might not hold up for long. Now he's 3rd on the all time rushing list going into his 16th season, which is almost unheard of for RBs at this point. There's pretty much no way he was ever supposed to pass up healthy freakish backs like Sanders and Tomlinson. One of the more unlikely careers in the NFL.

I love Frank Gore so much. Keep up trucking big fella.
And fxxx Jim Harbaugh for not handing you the ball one single time standing near the goal line with the Super Bowl on the line.

The Jets have signed Frank Gore to a 1-year deal. I like it They just drafted a young RB so he's going to get lessons from 2 great vets while also having a legit 3 back group you can go to. Gore trucking those 3rd downs

Agreed If this OL works then Darnold should have a breakout year I honestly have no hope in the Jets this year as long as Gase is there. I still don't understand why he's still there and why New York hired him in the first place after he was awful in Miami. Donald will go somewhere else and end up being a good QB. Look how good Tannehill got when he left Adam Gase's claws. Why won't the same happen with Donald? Also this might happen because Jets. I might make a post soon with a prediction for every NFL Team.

Its amazing Gore has the third most rushing yards in NFL history and has had absolutely zero impact in the history of the game.
It feels like he belongs with the Steven Jacksons and Fred Taylors of the world.

I f***ing love Frank Gore, man. He needs to be the spokesman for Trojan or Duralast or something when he retires.

Raiders have put DeShone "Better Than Tom Brady" Kizer on waivers, thus continuing the inability of Notre Dame to give the NFL a truly good QB since Joe Montana.

Here is something that kinda blows my mind.....
The Colts are paying Jacoby Brissett 12.5 million dollars but they decline Malik Hookers 5th year option which would be 6.7 mill, are they stupid or are they telling us they know something about Hooker no one else does?

I think they want to light a fire under him He hasn't been really worth the hype with how high he was taken but he's been a good solid player. If he does well, they will def pay him to keep him around but if not they will look elsewhere

The 2017 NFL Draft class is starting to kind of remind me of the 2003 NBA Draft class, in that it's incredibly loaded at the top with elite, all-world talent (2017's NFL class has Patrick Mahomes, Christian McCaffrey, Deshaun Watson; 2003's NBA class has LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, and Chris Bosh) but it absolutely tails off.
The 2003 NBA class famously has Darko Milicic as the second overall pick, but don't let that cloud your memory of Chris Kaman, Kirk Hinrich, T.J. Ford, Michael Sweetney, and Jarvis Hayes rounding out the top-10.
Conversely, look at the top-10 of the 2017 class outside of McCaffrey and Mahomes: Myles Garrett, Mitchell Trubisky, Solomon Thomas, Leonard Fournette, Corey Davis, Jamal Adams, Mike Williams, and John Ross. Only Garrett, Adams, and Williams had their fifth-year options exercised and only Adams can you say you feel truly confident in, as Williams has yet to break 50 catches in a season and only broke 1,000 yards in a season once (and by one yard), and Myles Garrett's on-field and off-field behavior the past few months have not exactly endeared him to anybody.
