This is kind of an abstract thread idea, because it's not necessarily a "favorite matches" thread(for the record, mine is Hart-Austin WM 13)
It's more or less a thread for matches that you enjoy that you don't see alot of people talking about that you think should be checked out. Maybe matches you consider to be underrated.
The reason this idea came to me is because I was messing around on YouTube and came across this amazing tag team match between the British Bulldogs and Joe and Dean Malenko from I believe 1989. It's just some absolutely amazing wrestling, and both teams have a real badass no nonsense vibe to them. Surprisingly I never see that match get mentioned anywhere.
Another one that I enjoy is Triple H vs Benoit on the Eddie Guerrero tribute episode of Smackdown. It's very emotional and I can definitely understand that alot of people don't want to see Benoit's matches, but for those who don't mind seeing them every now and then, it's a really great TV match and I almost bawled at the ending.

I like most of Bobby Quance's matches. He joined the Navy so his career was cut short

Marty Jannetty and the 1-2-3 Kid against The Quebecers for the tag title on Raw's first anniversary show. Should be spoken of in the same breath as the greatest Raw matches of all time. I hope people begin to warm up to just how good both teams were.

HHH vs Shawn Michaels from a December 03 Raw in San Antonio. The crowd is exactly how you'd expect and it refreshed their long drawn out feud.

Randy Orton vs. Billy Kidman on Velocity in 2002. Both were Faces and the crowd really got into it.

Edge vs. Eddie Guerrero - No DQ from the 9/26/02 SD. A top 10 match in SD history IMO, but it doesn't really get talked about.

Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Vader from May 1999, the Giant Baba Memorial Show I believe.
Kenta Kobashi vs. Akira Taue, 1996 when Kobashi wins his first world title.
Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Jun Akiyama, the 1998 Champion Carnival Final.
Bruiser Brody and Stan Hansen vs. Dory Funk Jr. and Terry Funk, 1983.
John Cena vs. Cesaro, Raw on July 2015.
Kazuchika Okada vs. Tomohiro Ishii at the G1 Climax 26.
Bret and Owen Hart vs. the Steiner Brothers, from the "Wrestlefest 1994" tape.
Tessa Blanchard vs. KC Spinelli from last year in Smash Wrestling.
Keiji Mutoh vs. Shinya Hashimoto, 1995 Wrestling Dontaku.

Jumping Bomb Angels vs. The Glamour Girls, MSG show circa November 1987.
Their Royal Rumble match is obviously better known, and they had a billion matches before and after, but this one is just a fantastic example of what made '80s tag team wrestling so good.

I haven’t found it online, but Desmond Xavier vs. Shane Strickland vs. Rey Fenix at Wrestlecircus is the best match I’ve ever seen live, and the pace was just absolutely non stop. If I could find it it’s definitely what is show to a non fan to try and explain why I like indie wrestling.

Bret Hart vs Dynamite Kid. From around '86-'87. It's on the 'British Bulldogs' Coliseum Video VHS. Great technical match showcasing just how good these two were in the ring.

Stan Hansen and Akira Taue vs Kenta Kobashi and Jun Akiyama. The finals of the AJPW Real World Tag League from Dec. 3, 1999. Whenever some asks me how popular Stan Hansen was in Japan I show them this match. Whenever people tell me that Japanese fans only did the golf clap and hardly reacted to anything from twenty years ago I show them this match. If you want to see a story play out through the wrestling itself and enjoy the wrestling too then watch this match. The opening ceremony and the highlights show you the build to the final in the first ten minutes. Then you get a twenty minute match that will rock your socks off. There’s a closing ceremony afterwards that should watched until the end to see how the rest of the story plays out. This thread called for a match that isn’t talked about that’s enjoyable. Well here you go: youtu.be/4e2votkVoTs

Not sure if it’s my go to example for the thread concept, but given DoN is tomorrow anyone not familiar with Stronghearts may be interested in T-hawk vs Ashino from this year. youtu.be/31MdnscjuZY

One of my favorite comedy matches is from a Japanese one-off show called "Battle Decisive East vs. West", a show with guys from all over Japan's indies. It was a 6-man match featuring all guys from Toryumon's T2P, with Shoji Kondo, brother YASSHI, Anthony Mori and others. The over-arching premise of the whole show was "wrestlers from Eastern Japan against wrestlers from Western Japan", and in this match Kondo and YASSHI were on opposite sides (they were both in the Italian Connection heel group then). Before the match starts, Kondo and YASSHI get on the mike and basically say "screw this East vs. West thing, I'm not fighting my brother here, make this a 3-way 2-man tag match", but the referee forces them to their assigned teams. The rest of the match is those two avoiding wrestling against each other and undermining their own teams, even "accidently" hitting their own partners. Great fun match.

Sanshiro Takagi vs Danshoku Dino in a weapons rumble match at Peter Pan 2017
For all of those who don't think comedy matches can be taken seriously, this is the match I would show people. People were laughing and having fun but the stakes were high enough that people took every near fall seriously and by the end of it you can hear crowd going absolutely nuts

It's not exactly obscure, but AJ and Jericho versus the New Day for the tag titles is one of the best wrestling matches that I've seen aired on TV, period, no qualifiers needed. It's the match where Jericho turned heel on AJ after.

Jeff Jarrett vs Shawn Michaels at In Your House 2. Shawn looks to be fresh off a bender but the result is he's three times as charismatic. He's never been more of a star than he is here. But this is among the few HBK matches where his competitor outshines him. At one point Jarrett gives the single best dropkick I've ever seen (you'll know it when you see it). Double J's timing, athleticism and loathsomeness make this his finest hour. The match is in Nashville and Jarrett is still reviled. There are so many great exchanges but it's the character work by Jarrett and Roadie that turn it into magic.
