Suppose Warrior and Vince decide to patch things up around this time period and let bygones be bygones and he makes a comeback, where would he be and who would be up against? I could imagine him in the feud between Hogan, Vince and Piper.

even without his views been brought in, I just think ego gets in the way and it's like his 1996 run.
One thing for certain is he gets jobbed out to Triple H

He'd come in, squash Bradshaw, Booker T or someone on their level then leave within 3 months over creative differences. It's the Warrior way.

I don't think it would have happened. His children had only just been born and he was happy to be a full time parent.

At best you'd have him show up in a nostalgia fueled segment where he beats up some jobber heel type like Chavo with his big moves and he gets to pose down to a pop. Like Thread Barbarian Joe P mentioned, Warrior was a new parent at the time and he was pretty content to be a family man.
I do think eventually you'd get a Vince vs Warrior something and it'd be a train wreck.

It blew my mind that he was rumored to join WWF in 1998.
Imagine The Ultimate Warrior in the Attitude Era. I imagine they’d “serious” him up and call him “The Warrior” and put him in the Corporation. He would probably wrestle in black jeans aswell. That’s what I imagine it’d be like.

They’d give him super powers like Undertaker and Kane.

He would definitely be on Raw. He would squash a bunch of midcarders in three minutes then walk out when asked to give someone the rub.

For those curious about how he looked back then, here's an interview he did with Ringside in 2004 to promote the new Classic Superstar line. Still has long hair, too.

He was pretty engaging and deep when not on his soapbox. I think it's clear he identified the business had moved on from his era, and he had no aspirations to be back in it. Curiously, he rightly predicted an end for the lewd behaviours in the late 90s.

This would've been not long after Vince gave the "Cure for the Common Show" speech where he lambasted the idea of traditional good guys and bad guys and superheros and villains. Why the hell was he negotiating with Warrior, the archetypal superhero of WWE's most cartoony era, if that was his point of view?

Vince goes back to things that worked in the past when he's desperate and the current things aren't working.

When Bischoff signed him Russo then asked Vince to do JR’s job to recruit talent and kinda blamed JR for not signing Warrior: Language because well yew know!

He would've real life feuded with Orlando Jordan. Possible but his last match was against Jordan. Don’t believe they had any issues.

HHH vs. Warrior in 2003 sounds like the worst shit ever (even worse than HHH vs. Steiner). I'm sad it never happened now.
