I gave it a 9, there were a fair amount of production issues but overall a great card that included Cody's best match to date and an ending that just had me looking forward to all the potential future match ups.

9/10 I wasn't as big a fan of some of the early stuff as some seem to be, but the presentation was great, Cody/Dustin knocked it out of the park, Lucha Bros/Bucks was great, main event was good, Mox debut, Bret f***ing Hart, and a nice starting build to some programs. Plus JR seemed to be in his old form on commentary. I thought JR was mostly great, but he did seem a bit annoyed by all the kickouts. Particularly in the Bucks match. He seemed at a loss for how to call a match when people are kicking out of head drops.

I was thinking like an 8.5, but I'll go 9, I'm still buzzing from the show so that's a good sign in its favor.
It wasn't transcendent, but it was a hell of a mission statement pronouncement, and threw the gauntlet down on the mainstream wrestling scene in a way no other major American company has since WCW folded.
In other words, mission accomplished.

The only thing that would have made this better is if PAC didn’t throw his toys out of the pram.

Overall I give the show, as a debut show, a 9/10.
No it wasn't the greatest wrestling show ever. No it didn't have 6/5 classic matches. No it wasn't perfect all the way through.
But what it had was a mix of everything. You had new characters who, from the first viewing of you seeing them, understood after a few minutes. You had dope matches. You had a unique presentation that was a mix of sports entertainment and realism. You had "common sense" logic in wrestling such as only using the things that look like they hurt the opponent IE legit tables, it didn't feel fake like that cardboard shit WWE's used. You had symbolism. You had blood. You had comedy. You had seriousness. You had sadness. You had happiness.
But you also had some screw ups.
But overall as a debut show I'd say it's a 9/10. I ain't even gonna lie. I didn't pay for it but I watched the whole thing lol. It was worth the watch.
And because of Moxley's debut at the end he went from an under-utilized guy to a main player against Kenny f***ing Omega. I'm in all the f***ing way. As an Ambrose fan, I'm happy to see he'll be used to his true potential.
Let's get this f***ing MONEY!!!!!!

*Looks at the '1' vote* Okay, which of you is secretly one of the McMahons? It's Russo on discovering Cody's blocked his number.

9/10
These guys have the tendency to be a bit too corny, but they know how to build a big show. I thought they did great despite technical limitations. If they earn a bit bigger budget, then this company is a huge deal.
I’m not the biggest JR fan these days, but it is nice to hear a commentator who is willing to express his own point of view (though I can see it being detrimental to the company if gets extreme)

9/10.
Even with all the first show issues, it came off strong.

9 Really good show with a hot crowd. The announcing wasn’t the best and Marvez really struggled. It was a 3 match show and all 3 delivered.
Cody vs Dustin got me it was fabulous from start to finish which surprised me as although I thought that Cody promo from a few weeks ago was very well done I wasn’t feeling this match going in it felt too rushed and I thought it would have benefited from waiting till they get on tv to tell the story but they made it work and then some.
Allie looked tremendous for someone who was recently murdered on twitch.
Jericho is so valuable to them to have a guy that’s been wrestling as long as he has at such a high level and still be able to deliver and work so many varying styles is such a benefit for whoever on the roster gets to work him.
Moxley debuts and he’s already got 3 programs set up Jericho,The Ref and Omega.

Over-hyped and underwhelming.

Dustin and Greg won.
And then got attacked by Evil Uno and Stupefied.
10 out of 10.
They did the deal.

8 leaning towards 9 for me, lots of great stuff
Think there was a couple of things here and there to improve on but its a debut show the company should be proud of

Between this thread and skimming through the Double or Nothing thread, I’ve come to realize there are a lot of people that don’t realize how much Wrestling there is out there for us to consume. If you were impressed with something like this, I really encourage you to seek out other companies. There’s live shows happening virtually every weekend somewhere near you, with awesome talent. Go support them.

Go support them. Pentagon (Fenix was supposed to but he no-showed) was at my local indie last week and there was a death valley driver off a balcony and I think a guy almost died. MJF and Joey Janela were there the week before and DJZ had his last indie match. Support your local promotions, they might have something cool or might be at a weird venue like a Byzantine catholic church.
