A game I thought might be fun. I am going to describe two members of a tag team and what happened to them after said team split. You have to guess who they are and what the team is. Then do it yourself for your own team.
The first guy joined a street gang and paired himself with their eventual leader. He suffered a near life ending injury but returned to wrestling. When his stable dissolved, he joined a few others until leaving the promotion and joining another where he challenged for a world title.
The second man floundered on he midcard before joining a cult. When the cult were freed he again floundered before joining a different promotion. He didn't light the world on fire here either until being terminated.

I have no goddamn clue, but this is fun so I'll do my own:
After the team broke up, one guy ended up in another promotion, where he had exactly one high-profile feud. He was given theme music that was quite catchy but, if you hear it today, it appears to be missing something important.
The second guy continued having success in tag teams: three of his partners were world champions in bigtime promotions (one was champ while they were teaming). His star seemed to be on the rise, but one high-profile failure wrecked everything.

Goddamn this game is harder than I imagined. I thought my team would be easy to guess.
As for the second post: Hollywood Blondes or The Rockers?

Nope. Hint: They weren't a team for long, but they managed to win and lose the tag titles twice in the span of just four months (typical taping weirdness for this company at the time).
Second hint: Those same tag titles were later won by a blood relative of Member #2, teaming with a very chaotic young man.

Had one more, just because this is fun:
After the breakup of the team:
Guy #1 quickly fell down the card and left the company. He popped up in another company, where he became very strong and won their top title. He also had some success in MMA.
Guy #2 had a bit of a whirlwind career after the team broke up. After some instability, he formed a successful, upstart tag team with an eccentric but talented kid, then he found even more success teaming with a former enemy.
